Step 2:
Put the water into the airlock and add it to the fermenter. Put it in the dark and warn place. It start bubbling on 24 hours.
Step 3:
After fermentation around 15 days to one month. The mead is ready to drink it cold. Divide it to bottles and put it to refrigerator at least 2 days.
Step 4:
Taste your Mead
Add star anise and slice of orange with ice. Enjoy it!!
Chapter 11: Peach Wine
Ingredients:
2 kg peach
1 kg sugar
2 cups honey
1 cup lemon juice
Packet wine yeast
2 cups raisins
4 liters water
Step 1: Peach juice
Wash the peaches, cutting into slices, cover it with sugar and add a lemon juice. Put it in a room temperature. After boil water and let it cool down, mash the peaches with potato mashes for making juice.
Step 2: Fermentation
Add the mixture (peaches juice) and warm water into the fermenter. Don't forget 2 cups raisins, 2cups honey and cup of lemon juice. Mix well all the ingredients together and cover the fermenter with airlock before adding yeast.
Step 3:
After one month, you can strain the wine and siphon it to the brown bottles. Put it to the refrigerator for 2 days before drink it.
Step 4: Taste Peach Wine
Enjoy it cold!!!
Chapter 12: Strawberry Wine
Ingredients:
2 kg strawberries
1 kg sugar
4.5 liters water
Packet wine yeast
Cup lemon juice
Step 1: Strawberries juice
Wash the strawberries, put them into a large bowl and mash it very well. Add sugar and lemon juice about 2-3 hours. Add the mixture in the heat for 20 min after wait it cool down.
Step 2: Fermentation
Add the mixture into the fermenter. Check the temperature below 50 degrees C. Take a cup of warm water and add a little bit sugar then dry yeast wait for it 5 min to activate. Then add all mixture to the fermenter put the airlock and put the container in a warm and good place around one month.
Step 3: Bottling your wine
After finishing bubbling the wine. Strain it and siphon it to the bottles. Put the bottles into the fridge.
Step 4: Taste Strawberry Wine
Drink it with slice of lemon and frozen berries.

Fermenting your second on air-free.
Keeping your bottles full to minimize entering oxygen.
Put the wine in brown bottles.
Protect your mixture from any particles dirt or outside environment as carbon dioxide.
Taste your wine.
Store your wine into the bottles.
