Zach remembered Izzie. She took care of the Aleria orphans since thery were infants. She was nice to them, made sure that they had everything they needed, and gave them advice when they needed it. But when her day came to be selected, the Aleria orphans were overcome with a deep sadness. Not dpression, but a deep sadness. She was like a mother to them.
Zach stared off into space for a while. Alice looks at him, and she knows that he's thinking Izzie. Whenever Zach started staring into space, she knows he's thinking about her.
There's a knock at the orphanage door, and Alice gets up to answer it. She opens the door and sees Izzie. Sword at her hip, quiver full of arrows on her back, and her man-sized longbow. She's wearing her usual black tank top, pulled up so that the bottom of the tand top comes below her chest. Her camo short shorts; that allow her to kick with ease. and her black Converse. She has a couple of daggers on her belt.
Izzie smiles on of her rarest smiles that only the orphans have seen. Alice's face is full of shock and extreme happiness. "Izzie!" she squeals. And she runs forward to hug her.
Izzie spreads her arms wide as Alice runs foward to embrace her. "I've missed y'all so much," Izzie says quietly.
