At 0800 hours, Subject 34 was terminated. CD-147 was effective. However, did not yield the results desired. Journal is evidence of insanity. Alphabet code leaves doubt to full effects.

Violence was unusual. Total of 8 dead. CD-147 tests halted until further analysis.

Three months until funding is pulled. Must have CD-147 ready for Secretary of State. Subject 35 is ready for initiation.
