“Yes, but you travel a lot forbusiness. I travel a lot for business. It would be awkward, to saythe least.”
“I am able to stop travelling ifthere is a reason.” He cocked his head. “I babysat a lot in highschool. I am capable of childcare.” He wrinkled his nose. “Nextobjection.”
“Wait. Are we logicking out myhesitations about children? Now?”
He grinned. “As you said, oursnow day has been cancelled, so why not talk?”
Another knock on the door wasfor Arthur. He brought his luggage and computer in, heading up thesteps. The bellhop met her eyes and grinned, giving her athumbs-up. She smiled and nodded as the young woman took theluggage cart out.
She sighed. “One more delivery, and then, we can relax a bit.”
He cocked her head. “What?”
“Room service.”
“Ah. Right.” He smiled. “Theyhave your preferences on file?”
“Of course. So, given theinstructions, it is either going to be a full English dinner,or...”
“Or?”
She wrinkled her nose. “Aselection of sugared cereal. Either one classifies as a dinner forme.”
He tutted and hung his clothingin the closet then turned to her duffle bag and did the same. Heblinked. “Oh, dear.”
Her assortment of vibratingbuddies was out neatly on the bed.
She blushed and stepped forward.“Organization spell?”
“Um. Yup.”
“That would explain why they areranked in terms of size.”
He nodded. “Yup.”
He looked at some of them andprodded at them. “Why do they not look like a cock?”
She burst out laughing. “Theywork on suction. Or vibration. When I am about to cum, I get prettytense, so even a pen would feel thick.”
He smiled and sighed in a happymemory. “Yeah, you do.”
The knock at the door was whatshe had been waiting for, and she let in the room service andfollowed it into the dining area, wondering what they had brought. When she smelled roast beef, she exhaled in relief. The table wasset down with cutlery, and the room service personnel nodded andleft.
Arthur asked, “Don’t youtip?”
“Any visit to this room withouta call to the front desk follow-up is an automatic twenty percent.”She smiled. “Dinner is served.”
He sat down, and his phone wasbuzzing frantically. “She texted that she is sorry, and she removedthe curse.”
Stinger manifested anothercondom, and it was pierced as well. “It affected every one in thatbox, so I am sending the rest of those to the incinerator. I don’twant any of the kids getting into them.”
She closed her eyes and made afist. There was a light puff of smoke as her hand glowed white. Heblinked. “You call your fist the incinerator?”
She grinned. “I have a limitlessnumber of ridiculous habits and references.”
“I look forward to learning themall.”
They settled in and had dinner, complete with Yorkshire pudding. She stuffed herself and sat backhappily with a sigh. He waved his hand, and the service berry piewas sitting there in front of him. He opened the container thatcame with it and smiled. “Whipped cream. It was fifty-fifty if Igrabbed mashed potatoes.”
She chuckled and said, “If youlean back, I can clean the plates.”
He shook his head. “Let’s takethe pie and whipped cream to bed and eat from the pan.”
She gasped. “That’s thenaughtiest thing you have said yet.”
He laughed, and they grabbedtheir forks and some napkins and headed to bed. She giggled as hegently herded her toys to a corner of the bed. “I can put thoseaway.”
He shook his head. “We mightneed them later, but I don’t know what they do, so I amcareful.”
She giggled and brought out theremote, and they activated the television screen that rose out ofthe floor.
He held out a fabric bag andextended it to her. She pulled a slip out and looked. “Favouritekiss.”
She showed him the tag, and hegave her the remote. She scrolled through available streamingservices and found the one that had the movie. She flicked aroundand found it.
He watched and blinked.“Wow.”
“It’s just so sweet. It’s afirst kiss.” She looked at him. “It is kinda far in.”
“That’s what she said.” Helaughed and waved his fork at her. “Proceed to the moment. We aremaking up these rules as we go.”
She fast-forwarded through themovie and then got to the scene. She drew her legs up and put herchin on them, but Arthur moved and pulled her back against hischest. “Play it.” She sighed and played it. The couple with theirfriends in the elevator, the hero waiting until they got to theirfloor, and the friends left before he pulled her back into theelevator, sending it to the main floor. The moment they weremoving, he crowded her back against the elevator wall and kissedher slowly. Her hands crept around and held him. The kisscontinued, and then, the couple who had just made out exited theelevator that had descended and rose back to the floor where theothers were, both smiling and flustered.
She stopped it. “That is myfavourite kiss to watch.”
He was quiet, so she turned, andshe looked at him. He blinked. “That was a really well-thought-outkiss. And a nice move in the elevator.”
She picked up the bag and handedit to him. “Your choice.”
He picked one and showed it toher. “I have to think about this.”
“Oh, best food scene.” Shechuckled. “I think I have one, but I have to be eating pie while wewatch it. Wait. This one isn’t my pick.”
“It isn’t, but I am stillmulling my choice over, so you can watch yours.”
She grinned and went to thechildren’s movie with the food fight at a wedding near the end.
She was giggling and eating piewhen she dropped some pie and whipped cream on his thigh. Sheabsently bent and licked it up before squirming back against him.The tension in him was incredible. Her comfy back rest had turnedinto a rock.
She handed him the remote. “Yourchoice.”
“My mind went blank.” He growledit.
“What? I wasn’t going to wastepie.”
He snorted and said, “I give up.Pick again.”
“Is that what we are doing?”
“I am learning a lot. Pickagain.”
“Fine, but one day, we are goingto have to do this with your picks.” She picked it out. “Favouritebattle scene.”
She zipped over and found nearlynaked Spartan warriors fighting against the Persian army.
“Now, why would you like thatone?”
