Then they do something that I didn’t ever expect. They both reach out somewhere and come back with rings, each of them slips one on my ring finger. They’re perfectly made to fit in with one another, perfectly stackable.
“Marry us?” they ask in unison.
“Yes,” I whimper.
MAMBA
“Before you say yes,” I say, holding my hand up.
Shelby blinks, then looks up at me with tears in her eyes. “What?” she gasps, trying to look at her rings and in my eyes at the same time, it’s fucking adorable.
“The question comes with more than just a ceremony,” I say.
She sits up slightly. “It does?” she asks.
Nodding, I look over to Gator, then back to her. “We want you to have our baby.”
“How?”
Gator clears his throat and since he’s better at this shit than I am, he explains. “It just means we would continue to live our life the way we are, but no birth control, and you get pregnant by either of us, we don’t make a plan or anything.”
She looks down at her rings, then back at us, shifting her gaze from each of us as the tears begin to fall down her cheeks.
“I’m really glad you want this, because I’ve been trying to figure out how to tell you that I’m pregnant and I have no idea which one of you is the father,” she says softly.
My heart stops and my lips part. “You’re pregnant?” I ask on a whisper.
She nods, rising to her knees between us. Her lips are pulled up into a huge grin as she waits for us to respond. Gator is first. He wraps his arms around her and gives her a huge kiss, but I just watch them, wondering how in the fuck I got this goddamn lucky.
Then I lift my hands, cupping one of their cheeks each before I lean in and touch my mouth to Gator’s, then to Shelby’s.
“Fuck me, but I don’t deserve all this beauty,” I rasp.
“That’s where you’re wrong,” Gator says, his voice low and husky.
“You deserve this and so much more,” Shelby states.
I don’t deserve more, but I’m selfish, so I’m keeping them both and welcoming the new life that we created. I thought that I wouldn’t find happiness after Maria walked away from us over five years ago. I thought that I would never be fortunate enough to find another woman that wanted two men.
But I was wrong.
So fucking wrong.
My little doe doesn’t just want two men, she needs two men, and she’s the best gift I could have ever found in some tiny little town along the Oregon coastline.
We celebrate again, then Shelby passes out. Gator and I take the opportunity to leave her resting in her bedroom. We make our way downstairs, and I turn to him.
“She’s having our baby,” I murmur.
Gator grins, nodding. Reaching out, I wrap my hand around the back of his neck and tug him close to me. “She’s having our baby,” I growl before my lips touch his.
Sliding my tongue inside of his mouth, I taste him. He tastes like a mix of Shelby and him, but fuck me, it’s sexy as shit. Breaking the kiss, I rest my forehead against his.
“I love you,” I rasp.
Gator clears his throat, shifting his head backward, and I feel his hand cup my jaw as he stares at me, his gaze connected and focused on mine.
“I love you more than you could ever know, baby. It’s always been you for me.”
My lips curve up into a grin. I knew that. I was just searching, needing just a little more, and I found it in Shelby. She’s the perfect piece of our puzzle. She doesn’t demand more than we can give, but it’s not as if we don’t give her everything we can, either, because we do.
“Yeah, Devon, I know how much, because I feel the same goddamn way. You think you can rally to celebrate, just us?” I ask on a murmur.
His lips curve up into a grin. “Been thinking about your cock all fucking day, watching you fuck Shelby was sexy as shit. Want you inside me,” Gator growls.
Fuck. Me.
The absolute perfect fucking life.
GATOR
And we all, every fucking Savage Beast, we all lived. We didn’t live happily ever after, because that’s bullshit. We just fucking lived and we did it unapologetically.
