there cars, but I had blind folded them on the way there and on the way back, so they only knew what it looked like on the inside of the rocky barrier.
It was great living in sunny California, we hadn't had terrible storms in years, and none were coming so far, everything was at peace.
I reached the rocky drop off and smiled, slipping my skateboard into my hand and I stuffed it in my bag as best I could and I began scaling down the rocks, this had been the hard part when they had come here, I had to walk a mile to find them a way down without showing them where we were, but the entrance was hidden in a forest of trees, so nobody found it.
I dropped down the last six feet, landing lightly in soft sand and I smiled, kicking off my shoes and socks, tossing my bag to the side as my toes buried into the soft pale sand and I smiled, the wind whipping my hair around as waves slopped onto the sand, pulling some grains away but pushing them back as waves slapped against the rocks closer to the water.
I sighed and walked towards the water, dipping my feet in lightly as it flooded around my ankles before pulling back to my toes and I smiled bigger, whenever I came here I felt at peace, like all of my worries slipped away, if only for a little while.
I let out a long breath, closing my eyes lightly as the water caressed my feet, suddenly my fears came rushing back and I sighed, walking to my bag and slipping out the small pouch, pulling out a cigarette and I lit it, holding it between two fingers as I brought it to my lips, I walked back to the after, walking in until it lapped around my knees, avoiding my short shorts by a lot.

"You weren't going to pollute the water, now were you?" A voice said and I let out a breath of smoke and turned to face.

"Of course not, I would never do something like that," I said airily to Ben, his groupies were standing behind him.

"You do know that's bad for your health?" He said and I just shrugged, turning back around and facing the sea, watching it in the far distance.

"At least now when you kill me, you'll be able to dump my body quickly," I murmured, my long brown hair flowing out behind me in the wind as a light smile came across my face as I brought the cigarette back to my mouth.

"Yeah, I suppose," Was all Ben said and I frowned, suddenly remembering I hadn't heard anyone coming.

"How did you get down here?" I asked softly after letting out another breath of smoke.

"The ridge, you know, steps from the forest," I nodded, knowing fully well what he was talking about "Well, at least we know why there was a bikini here, and why there are cigarettes under a rock," I spun around, glaring at him.

"You took my brand new bikini?!" I was beyond furious, my mother had grounded me a week because of it, she had bought it for me after a week of begging.

"Yup, and may I say, it was awfully skimpy, someone should have taken pics of it on you," I glared at him and moved back to the shore, crushing my cigarette under the rock along with all of the others. I grabbed my bag, swinging it over my shoulder and backed away slowly as far away as I could get from them, they didn't even notice.

"May I say, it has been a wonderful little chitchat but I have somewhere else to be, away from you assholes," I said in a honey sweet voice, another reason I had achieved that nickname as I flung myself high against the rocks, climbing quickly and only looking over my shoulder when I heard angry shouts.

"You bitch! You tricked us!" Ben yelled, kicking a rock into the water as I reached the top, finally letting my laughs out.

"No I didn't! I simply outsmarted you!" I called and they began rushing towards the ridge, hurrying along it but even they knew I'd be long gone by the time they got there. I pulled out my skateboard and placed it on the road, starting down and going fast to my rather large house. 2

I went straight into the garage- or so it looked like. Over the years, I had developed it into my room, the entire floor was carpeted and the garage door was a sparkly baby blue on the inside and I had wrote my name in large curly painted dark blue letters on it, the sign on the outside was 'This Is Not A Garage' and 'Beware Rabid Tiger', I practically lived in there, it had a giant TV, a laptop, and a gigantic bed which was very, very pink, the carpet was a cream color while there was a small bed in the corner for my kitten, Waterlily, who at the moment was in her litter box. She was a rare tabby, she had blue-silver fur with some white streaks around her, and a cute little tip of white fur on the end of her tail and her ears.
I plopped down on my bed, looking at the dark oak desk with my laptop on it. I was about to lay down on the bed when I heard loud knocking on the large door. Standing, I peeked through the window and saw Ben and his groupies. I quickly locked all of the locks, five in total, and I laughed when he tried to break it open. I cracked open on of the small windows and heard him cursing.

"What? Did my awesome door stop you from killing me?" I asked and he glared at me, I looked to the side of the door on the inside and I saw Waterlily jumping onto the window sill of one of the small windows and pawing a the glass, watching them as they turned there gaze to her.

"Is that the tiger?" One of them asked while the other laughed.

"Just wait until I let her bite you, where do you think I got that scar? Her nails aren't exactly nice," I said, the last part a lie, she was declawed, but they believed me and stepped away from the window, except one with bright red hair, he stepped closer and looked at her paws.

"No, she's declawed," He said and I glared at him as Waterlily let out a big yawn and they saw her needle sharp teeth.

"Shut up!" I yelled and turned away, picking Waterlily up lightly in my hands, holding her against my chest with one hand while I pulled the blinds down on all the little windows so they couldn't see inside.

"Hey, I wanted to talk to you!" Ben called and I placed Waterlily lightly in her play area that I had closed off so she wouldn't scratch my entire room up and make it dirty, which it wasn't in the least.

"Go away Benjamin!" I called back, sitting on my bed as I waited for him to hopefully leave.

"Not until I get to speak of what I wanted with you!"

"Well, then send your buddies away and I'll think about opening the door, I promise," I called back and heard muttering before he answered.

"They're gone!" I walked over, moving the blind on one window and sure enough, all five of his groupies were skateboarding away, I waited until they were down the street and turning the corner before I unlocked the garage door, shoving it up as it retracted to the ceiling.

"Fine, come in," I mumbled, waiting until he was in before closing it again, "Speak," I added, turning around and seeing he was much closer to me than I thought he would be, I tried to back up but I was already touching the garage door.

"I don't like how you mad a fool of me in front of my 'groupies' as you call them," I smiled at him and nodded.

"So when do I care what you like?" I asked, smiling up at him as he took a step closer, hiding my fear underneath as he took another step, "Stay away from me," I mumbled, my breath accelerating and I swore silently, stupid hormones.

"Why? Am I making you uncomfortable?" Ben asked and I shook my head as he took another step and he pressed his chest against me, my head only reaching his chin.

"No, I just don't want you to touch me," I mumbled, turning around and he put a hand on my arm and I whirled around, kneeing him in the crouch again and he fell with a gasp.
"I said don't touch me..." I mumbled as a tear trickled down my cheek and I didn't notice as Ben slowly regained his feet.

"Your dead, bitch," He swung a fist at me and I closed my eyes as it collided with my shoulder and I hit my head on the garage door, slumping to the ground and still keeping my eyes closed, ignoring the swelling pain as he swung out with a well aimed kick that struck me in the side, leaving me sprawled out on the ground on my good side.
I felt another kick and suddenly, it was all to much for my body, having suffered a lot before, I blacked out.

I opened my eyes to the feeling of a bed under me, I saw my mom sitting on the bed with tired looking eyes.

"Mom, how long was I out?" I asked quietly and she jumped, sighing in relief as I sat up stiffly and she smiled at me, hugging me loosely.

"The entire night, oh honey, what happened?" She asked and I let out a exasperated sigh.

"I fell over the neighbor's fence while skateboarding, I'm sorry, I should have come to you, but I got in and fell to the floor," I lied easily, I had lied a lot to her lately.

"Okay, honey, you should shower and cover your bruises, we don't want you to look like a hoodlum," Mom said and I rolled my eyes, she always thought about reputations.

"Yes mom," I said and she stood, walking out of my room and into the house through a door attached to the garage and house, it had many signs saying 'Stay Out' from the outside too.
I stood slowly and walked to my dark oak dresser, pulling out underwear and a short jean skort before a one shoulder light blue shirt with a pink design on it and a pink tanktop underneath. I quickly stepped into the new shower my parent had someone install along with a toilet and sink in a extra closet that was larger than the other, it had taken
