the investigation.« He walked away and left Henry there with the other detective. »Kosick. And you are? ... « He seated himself and pulled a small note-block out of his pocket. »Greenman. Henry Greenman,« Henry said holding out his hand. Detective Kosick however, took no notice of this. He was busy typing something into the computer. »Right, Mister Greenman, then tell me why you murdered miss Jansen.« Henry looked up in shock. »No, no that's not right.« Kosick look up and stared Henry into the eyes. »But I thought you wanted to confess, what you have done in the Park?« »Yes, but I didn't murder her, that was all a mistake.« »Well then you tell me what happened.« The second detective came back in. »We have to wait until his attorney is there.«
Confession.
The attorney took his time and arrived about an hour later. Henry got coffee and they started to wonder how this person could have done such a terrible act. But then again, how does the normal criminal look like. »Mister Greenman, my name is Fieldmen, I’m your attorney.« Fieldmen took a seat and looked at Henry. »Right, then please inform us what happened.« The two detectives where sitting at the wall and listened closely. Henry started to talk. He deliberately finished his work, cause it was there wedding day, so he drove down to the cemetery, where at the end of the street a flower shop was. He had ordered a bouquet for his wife. He drove down the street. Twenty miles, not more, cause it’s not allowed to drive faster there. When al of a sudden, this girl jumped in front of his car. He immediately stopped and got out to have a look at here. It seemed nothing had happened to her cause she was already sitting on her knees. Then she got up and kicked, with her, she had these heavy boots on, the front light of his car. Then she walked around the car and kicked a couple of time in the side of the car. Henry wanted her to stopped that, but she than ran off. He chased her and got hold of her. She twisted and turned and somehow got out of her Jacket. Henry told the attorney that he just wanted to ask her , who’s pay for the damages. He ran after her again and got hold on her. She screamed and shouted something that he was a Nazi and a child molester. He held her on her T-Shirt. She tried to run of but then the Shirt ripped and she dropped. Henry didn't seen her dropped he told the attorney, but when he looked at her he saw al this blood, which made him nearly to throw up.
Questions.
»And what did you do after that had happened?« Henry looked at him . »Mister Greenman, what did you do after she was laying there?« detective Kosick asked. Henry couldn’t think about what happened. It al seemed to be vanished. There were moments, yes but they didn’t made sense. »I ... I just see part.« »Think, Mister Greenman try to remember. You like to have some thing to drink? « Henry shakes his head. I tried to remembered what had happened on that day. He thought a long time. »I ... I dragged her under the bush,« he finally said. »Why?« »I can’t remember, honestly. I can’t remember. Detective Blattschenk of course wanted to know if he sexually abused her. The investigation about the body hadn’t been ready yet, so it was all just wild speculations. But he’s been there and he saw the crime scene. The body had been taken away and he only saw the pictures from it. Realy not a nice view. »Why did you pull her into the bush Mister Greenman?« Henry placed his arms above his head and the lowered his faced down on the table. The three person sitting around him look at him. »Would you like to have a break?« Detective Blattschenk asked. Henry didn’t replied. »Good let’s have a break,« he said again. The attorney neglected and stayed with Henry. The two detectives left the room. »Think he did it on purpose?« »Don’t know, all I know is that she was half naked.« The attorney made some notes and looked at Henry. He had lifted his head and looked at to attorney, there were tears in his eyes. »What will happen to me now?« he asked »Don’t say any thing any more, I will handle it from now on.« »But I killed her.
Jail.
Henry Greenman got send to jail. He didn’t kill the girl, it was an accident. She felled and hit her head which caused her dead. Under shock, he pulled her on her arms and tried to hide her under the bush. cause of this, her skirt dropped of. The autopsy proofed that the girl wasn't been abused. However, the judge was convinced that Henry Greenman tried to hide this and there for saw it as a criminal act. Henry got three years. But for Henry it was more important to confess his fault and set his conscience free.
