This is a story inspired by the my childhood memory. Most of my writing is inspired by how I grew up. I am Hmong American, living in Saint Paul, MN where I've lived most of my life. If you want to read a story about ethnic minority first generation immigrant struggles of trying to make it in America - or want to peer into the life of others, this story is for you. I always seek to provoke feelings with the reader or to inspire.
Is there a meaning to life? Or is that meaning a mere fantasy we chase insatiably only to be left devoid of all emotion and hope when our hunt is fruitless? These questions might be hard to answer for some, but he knew... He came to terms with his own twisted image of the reality, he suffered and rejoiced in love and tenderness and he both feared and challenged loss and desperation in a dance of madness. William Cain. A young photographer with extreme promise in the advertising industry has taken an assignment deep in the swamps of Southeast Georgia. The story is based on a Bangladeshi teenager boy named Aabrar who killed himself by taking sleeping pills. But the reason of his suicide remained unknown because his diary goes missing by an irresponsible police. The story reflected how Aabrar killed himself and how the things went so wrong when his parent knew it. And some people took the advantage of his death and so many interesting things.
He was a teenage super soldier. There were certain questions that fourteen year old Neel Dervin had never thought to ask himself. Like how much pain he could endure before passing out. Or how many times he could be shot and still keep running. Or how often he could lie to his friends and family without feeling remorse. But then that one fateful day changed his life forever, and set him on a path towards immeasurable power as well as inconceivable terror. Now the only people who can help him
The orks are a savage race who live short, hard lives. From the moment they are born to the day they die, life is a struggle for survival and honor. Tooth & Claw is about the coming of age ritual of a young ork boy who wants to become a brun. But to join the ranks of the adults, he must first prove his worth by taming the most dangerous creature in their world.
Lizzy had a wonderful life. Sure there had been problems, but they weren't as bad as when her mom, Jen, tried to get back with her Dad, Mark. Jen was a psycho. She tried to burn her children in their house, and was basically the worst mother ever. Literally. That was when mark took Lizzy and his children on a road trip. Jen wouldn't stop with that, though. Jen came up with a sad and pathetic sob story and sued Mark. That turned this happy getaway trip into a fugitive chase. FInally, LIzzy must
