The year is 2490, mankind’s last hope resides on Atzi, a nineteen year old girl who has the power to end the world wide drought. She is the last of her people, an ancient race gone extinct to the human world. Nine years of torture has hardened her heart. The desert known as Earth is dying, and only Atzi has the power to summon the rain. Only one question remains. Will she be willing to break down the barriers of her cold heart to save the world? This poem is a slight depiction of the isolation felt, being the victim of domestic violence and abuse. The feeling of unworthiness at times, and feeling like the body is losing it's parts. There is a path out of the cage once a realization occurs of the strength within...
Karly is a 98 year old vampire. Stuck in time at the age of 16. She has red eyes, like all vampires when they are "born". But hers are still red and possibly brighter. even though she has never had human blood in her second lifetime. Liam, her creator and best friend is helping her find the mysterious Cullen family. She wants to see if they can help her find out why she is different.
" Once upon a time a young man called Aladdin found a lamp inside a dungeon and made three wishes to the genie that is inside the lamp. The Genie was able to fulfill his first and second wish but when he asked what Aladdin's third wish...he wished to set the genie free from that lamp".
