The beginning

"Hi come in please", my father says as he motions for the two guys on the porch to come in. The guy on the left is very muscular and bigly buit with skin the color of gold. Wow he spends too much time in the sun. He is wearing a black suit that is squeezing his biceps making it to where he can barely move his arms. He has on black, shiny cackies that look too big for his feet. He had a front focused hair cut and brown hair the color of hot chocolate. He stands properly on the welcome rug on our front porch with his hands in his pockets and his face expressionless. This guy looks kinda scary and theres something off about him I just can't put my finger on it. The guy on the right is very thin and pale. He is wearing a grey suit the color of concrete and cackies that fit his small feet perfectly. His dark black hair is shiny and is divided to where his bangs cross over to the right side of his face from the left side. He stands on the porch with his pale, bony hands hanging at his sides and his expression is serious. Once my father motions for the two guys to come in they both cautiously step into the house and look around as if they are examining and looking for something. As soon as my father shuts the oak, wooden door the two guys immediately stop looking around and my mother comes rushing down the light brown, wooden stairs. why has she been so jolty lately?  Inside the house when you first come in you see a big staircase connected to the left wall on the left side of the house. On the right is a small  brown bookcase and a doorway. Theres a big red carpet that takes up the whole middle of the living room. On the floor My moms long brown hair flows behind her shoulders to the end of her bony back. She has purple circles under her eyes, her cheekbones are still sticking out, her face is pale, her light pink lips are dry, and she looks as if she hasn't gotten any sleep the last few days.

"It's fine honey they're from work", my father says as he lifts his arm and puts his palm up flat in front of him to motion for my mother to stop. My mother looks at my father the suddenly sighs as I see her shoulders sink down as she relaxes and heads to the kitchen. I follow close behind staring at her black flats that she has on. I stop right in front of the balck, stainless steel island as I watch my mother move around the ktichen calmly and gracefully gathering the chopping board, knife, tomatoes, and onions. My father and his friends are having a conversation in the living room. I turn my attention back to my mother who is now cutting tomatoes on the chopping board.

" Mom can I ask you something?", I ask as she looks up at me and then back down to the chopping board. Oh no is she gonna get ma

" Anything", she says as she keeps chopping the tomatoes.

" Why have you been so jumpy lately whats going on mom am I in danger?", I ask intentively as she stops chopping the tomatoes and puts down the knife down then walks over to me slowly. She stops right in front of me and grabs my shoulders gently as her green eyes stare back at mine. Oh no is she mad?

"Honey I will never let anything happen to you I promise", she says as she hugs me. Her words wrap me in a bubble of confort. Once I break our hug she walks back over to the chopping board, picks up the knife and continues chopping the tomatoes. My fathers friends appear in the doorway as my father makes his way slowly over to my mother and starts kissing her neck. I look over at my fathers friends who are both staring at him and clenching their fists and their jaws. Something has got to be wrong. What could my mom and dad have done?

"So....about the money", The guy in the black suit says in a deep voice as his expression changes from angry to innocent, My father stops kissing my mom and turns his attention back to his friends.

"Tell sire wer need 2 more days", my father says desperately but also seriously at the same time as my mom stops chopping tomatoes to look up at my father and his friends.

"Hungry?", my father asks as he turns his back on hyis friends to help my mother cut some onions.

"Indeed", the guy in the grey suit says as he grabs the knife off the counter closest to him and suddenly stabs my dad in the back before I can warn him.

"Dad!!", I scream as he falls to his knees. Then the guy stabs him in the stomach as my dad falls to the floor on his back holding his stomach. Oh my gosh now. Edalyn run.

"Run!!", my mother screams as the guy in the grey suit grabs a handful of her of her long brown hair and  tilts her head back. My mother kicks him and tries to elbow him to get him off but he doesn't let go of her.  Then somehow the guy slits her throat and blood pours out of her neck. She immediately freezes and looks at me. My heart stops.

"No Mom!!", I scream as I feel a tear escape down my cheek. Then the guy in the black suit looks up at me and right then I know I better run or end up like my parents. No no this cant be happening no!

I quickly turn around and run as fast as my skinny legs can take me out the kitchen. I look back and notice the guy is chasing me and hes catching up. Shit ava run faster faster.  I then look foward and race to the front door. Adrenaline is pumping throught my veins and my heart is burning. Before I make it to the front door the guy grabs me by my long, blonde hair and I scream. shit no no no!  A burning sensation runs through my scalp as the guy pulls my hair vigurously. I somehow turn my head around and bite his muscular arm as hard as I can and he lets go and I start running toward the door.

"Ah your gonna pay for that you bitch", the guy says in an angry voice. I am almost to the door when my leg is suddenly pulled our from under my and I hit my forehead on the wooden floor as I shift to my back.

"No! Let me go!", I scream as I kick the guy to try to get him to let me go but he just pulls me closer and closer as I look into his green eyes that are filled with rage. Once I am close enough for him to grab me I start panicking. I roll onto my stomach and scratch at the floor desperate to grab something.

"No!!",  I yell as he grabs me by my bony hips and rolls me over suddenly so that I am on my back and pulls me closer and closer to him.

"No!", I scream as loud as I can as I start trying to punch and kick him. Then I feel someone grab my arms tightly and pin them down. Shit.  I look up and its the other guy the one in the grey suit.

"No! Please! No!", I beg as the guy in the black suit runs his hand down my stomach to my foot. I start crying. Oh no god no! I start kicking hima nd I get him in the face as the other guy slaps me across my face. He leaves my face burning and feeling like its on fire. The guy in the balck suit gets ready to punch me.

"Noooo!", I scream as I kick his fist.

******

"Ahhh!", I scream as I Jolt awake and sit up. I stare at the moon picture on the wall across from the bed and I notice I'm panting and my mouth is dry. Gosh.

"Hey Hey Hey Its ok", I hear Lyle say as he places his muscular hand over my bony ones. I turn my head so I am facing Lyle then just as quick look down at my hands in my lap.  When are these nightmares going to stop? When will they go away?  I think as I place my hand on my forehead.I can't just sit around and do nothing. If I sit here and don't go after those men then my parents died for nothing. I think to myself as I my  pale hand drops to my side and I slowly drag my legs across the firm matress till there hanging over the side of the bed. Dammit I have to do something about this.
