The health of a Pokemon is something that is taken away when your opponent's Pokemon attacks your Pokemon with damage and if your health get's down to 0 your Pokemon is knocked out. Your Pokemon is only knocked out until your next battle. It is the number on the top-right corner.
Damage
However much damage there is you subtract your opponent's Pokemon's health by your Pokemon's damage.
On this Pokemon, the attack is Rapid Spin and Splash Bomb. To the right of the attack name, there is a number and that is what your subtract from your opponent's health.
Evolution
On the evolution, it will either say Basic, Stage 1, Stage 2, restored or Mega. The higher the evolution, the better the card. Sometimes you can get an EX or Mega (M) which means it is a higher form of that evolution. Like in karate, there is yellow, yellow w/ white stripes and yellow w/ black stripes. It is at the top-left corner.
Energy(To the left of the name of attack, there will be An energy symbol that shows how many energy cards you need to use the attack.)The energy is what type of Pokemon it is. The possible types of energy for a Pokemon is Fire, Water, Lightning, Psychic, Grass, Darkness, Metal, Fairy, Fighting, Dragon, Colorless energy. It is the circle at the top-right corner.
RarityYou can tell the rarity of a Pokemon by 2 things: 1. In the bottom-right corner, there might be a shape:circle=common rombos=uncommon star=rare 2. In the bottom-right corner, there will be something like 249/368. This means only 368 of these certain cards were made and I have the 200-forty-nineth card out of these.
Weakness and resistanceIf your opponent has the same energy type as your weakness then your Pokemon's attack does double the damage. If your opponent has the same energy type as your resistance then it does its attack, but it gets cut in half. It is in the bottom=-left corner.
