Recollection

The only thing I could do was hold his hand as the monitors slowly beeped along.

All of a sudden, he turned his head towards me and opened his eyes. "Promise me you'll take care of her." he whispers to me.

I lean forward in my chair to hear him better. "Take care of whom, Nick?"

He smiled at me briefly, pushing a lock of brown hair out of my eyes. "You'll know soon enough." he answered, staring at me. "Just remember that I love you both." He coughed again, covering his mouth with both hands. Josh pulled his hands away from his mouth when he was finished. They were drenched in blood. Suddenly his body started to lurch all over the hospital bed. I realized he was seizing.

"I NEED A NURSE!" I screamed helplessly at the top of my lungs. "SOMEONE HELP US, PLEASE!"

Nethgar

Blurb:

The vast land of Nethgar fell into ruins in the 1400s. Nethgar became a war torn country as small arguments raged into inhuman battles. When the fighting had finally ceased after ten years, the bloody land could hardly remember the cause of it all. However, the remaining inhabitants of Nethgar could no longer stand the sight of their enemies. So, to solve the only problem they could grasp, the government of Nethgar split the land into six kingdoms- Vera, Kither, Danes, Howeland, Garthen, and Amery. Over time, the kingdoms developed enough to specialize in certain areas. Vera took control of the farmlands and crops. Kither and Amery ruled the seas and were both very popular for their ports and overseas markets. Danes controlled the manufacturing of goods for the kingdoms and had the biggest population of all of them. Howeland and Garthen were the smallest two kingdoms but also proved their worth as the knowledge centers of all of the kingdoms. Now, as Nethgar enters the 1700s, the kingdoms begin to take a turn for the worse- again.
