"WHY DON'T YOU JUST MIND YOUR OWN BUSINESS!" I could hear my mum screaming at my Grandma. She was meddling again and my mother had had enough. We were in my Grandmas house. I'm 13 and so is my cousin Natasha who is a month younger than me. I was sitting with my sister, Jade who is 14 and Natasha. The three of us were eavesdropping on the battle that was going on. Soon enough Natasha's mum also joined in on the fight and she took our Grandmas side! That was a big shock that nobody expected, especially after the troubles her mum had been put through. Soon enough it ended with very bad swearing and then my mum stormed out of the room, told us to get ready and we exited the house and didn't step foot there again. This was one of the biggest fights and all contact with them was broken.

3 Years Later

'BEEP BEEP BEEP'

, the screech of my alarm clock went off filling up every space in the room. My sister, who I shared a room with, groaned at the annoying sound which I was yet to turn off. I stumbled up from bed, got tangled in the sheets and tripped several times before I dragged myself across the room to shut down my deafening enemy. I lay flat on the floor, back first, and sighed. Another wretched day in the life of Rosalinda. Yeah, my name is Rosalinda, but people call me Rose, Rosa, Rosy, Lin, Linda and DeeDaa. That last one was not my choice at all. My sister Jade suddenly burst out laughing because I was literally dead on the floor after the series of events that took place to kill my alarm clock. I glared at her angrily but then we both burst out laughing! Me and my sister are inseparable. I then got up from the floor, untangled myself from the sheets and made my bed. Jade stared at me in awe as I never actually make my bed. I laughed at her and quickly ran to the bathroom that we shared together before she could stop me. I slammed the door shut and I could hear her stumbling out of bed and a few seconds later she was outside the bathroom door shouting at me to get out. "Rosy! Get out of the bathroom! I'm older than you so I get to go first!" she shouted at the top of her lungs. She was only a year older. "I can tell your old! I swear I saw wrinkles on your forehead!" I replied, knowing that she would disappear to tend to her 'wrinkles'. Soon enough I heard her stomping off to get some wrinkle cream from our mum. 'Ha ha ha' I thought to myself triumphantly. Now I can finally have a shower in peace. I stripped off my clothes and jumped into the shower. After a 10 minute shower I got out, dried and styled my hair, changed my clothes and put on my make up. Exiting the bathroom, I grabbed my bag and tumbled down the stairs only to find my brother Kevin leaned over the breakfast bar with his head in his hands. He was hungover. My mum would not tolerate this at all. We are a very strict family, even the part we don't talk to anymore. There were three rules: 1) No dating (includes sex), 2) No drinking and 3) No Drugs. Looks like he broke all three of those rules. My brother is 17, 2 years older than me and 1 years older than my sister. My sister recently turned 16 in July but I'll turn 16 at the start of October and because of the school years she turns out to be in the year above me, even though she is only a few months older than me. To punish him I creeped up behind him and shouted and left him glaring at me and left him with a headache. I just smiled like nothing happened and grabbed an apple and took a monster bite out of it.
" I am going to ki-" but i interrupted him.
"Ah ah ah, don't get mean or mum just might find out the events that you participated in last night". He glared at me.
"And what might that be?" he replied.
"Well, let me see. You look tried and your hair is messy and your clothes aren't on properly, meaning you had sex. You smell of Vodka. And lastly you smell of weed." I smiled in victory.
"How do you know how weed smells like?" He challenged.
"Who doesn't?" I replied back.
"Okay then, what do you want?" He asked.
"I want three favours and rides to school for the rest of my school life. Or until I get my license. And my friends get rides to school if they need them, meaning your a chauffeur" I smiled.
He stared and me and gave me dirts.
"Oh, I want you to smile whenever I'm around and be nice to."
He suddenly changed his mood to nice. I nodded in approval. I then told him I need a ride and he went to get ready seeing as we go to the same school. I texted my best friends Haley and Michaela to see if they wanted a ride to school and the both agreed. Our family is loaded because my dad is a respectable businessman who own a chain of restaurants, a chain of supermarkets and a chain of shopping centres. Even though we are loaded me and my sister saw that if we shared a room together it would be the biggest room and if we shared out the space it would be bigger than having our own rooms. Speaking of the Devil, I heard the clattering of my sisters heels against the floor and she came face to face with me and was about to say something but i stopped her and said,
"I'm sorry." She then smiled and we hugged and made up.
"I've scored us a ride to school every day for" I smiled as she look up at me in amazement. I was very tall.
"Kev was hungover and I blackmailed him." She then hi-fived me and we giggled.
Kev came downstairs and smiled at me told me that he'd be waiting in the car.
"Why is he so cheery?" Jade asked in surprise.
"Part of our deal." I replied.
"Oh man! I knew i should have come down earlier!"
I just smiled and went out to get into the Jeep with Jade behind me. We then picked up Haley and Michaela and rode to school. We finally parked up and exited the car with people staring at our shiny car. 'God! You'd think it would get old by now! I thought to myself. High school. Nightmare. But not for us. We are popular but keep to ourselves, occasionally hanging out with the 'it' group. We passed the jocks and cheerleaders, only for me to get pulled back by none other than Zane Smith. Football team captain. He was getting on my nerves. I did like him but I wasn't one to break the rules, but he never gave up.
"What do you want Zane?"
"Oh, I love it how you say my name." He stared at me lustfully.
"Well can you let go of me at least? Your hurting my wrist."
"Oh sorry, I didn't mean to" he said worriedly while examining my wrist.
"It's okay, well see you in class." I managed to let out as I stared into his intense emerald green eyes.
I then walked off getting evils off half of the cheerleaders due to envy and looks of amazement from the others because I left him there alone.
I stared at the front doors of the school and opened them. As soon as they opened, I sighed, thinking to myself.
'First Day Back.'
