My name is Evelynn Stone, and I am a Sun Witch.
I go to the Dawn School of Witchcraft, which is a small part of Crystal Star Academy of the Girfted. There are four schools in the Academy, one for each of the races of Gifted: priests, knights, witches, and mages.
Since I'm a Sun Witch, I practice White magic, or magic that brings life. I have power over the Light of the Sun and can manipulate it to bring heat, and well, light! To be honest, if it were up to me, I'd rather be anything BUT a Sun Witch.
Even Moon Witches, who study Black, or destruction, magic are better than me. At least they can manipulate Darkness to turn invisible. I really wish I was a Blue Mage though, a Gifted race that manipulates water and ice.
But being a Sun Witch isn't so bad, and I do like the feeling of White magic. When the sun rises at Dawn, I rise with it along with my brothers and sisters of Sun. We walk out into the gardens and help the Sun heat up the Earth. When you use White magic, you feel at peace and get an inner happiness. I've never used Black magic before, but I doubt the feeling of elation is the same. But the lure is much stronger...
