I never was trained in battle. I was never in a spat, or altercation. I am born and raised in a castle deep within a tree condensed forest. A little past nowhere, and beyond being found. But down deep, beyond the forest walls was a raging war, that I will lead in a dwindling few weeks. Besides the growing tension of our visit in less than an hour.
I watched three partridges out of my window.They swooped by landing in a near tree. They flashed their neutral colored feathers and pretty red legs. Then one made a scratching noise, from its red beak and they all flew off. They were so fidgety on ground but gracefull in the air.
I heard a soft knock upon my door.
"Yes."
"I have brought a gown for you."
