It's been two and a half weeks since I've been back to the railroad station, and everyone is still bugging me about what I had been up to that day. You would have thought that people moved on, but apparently this was their juicy gossip of the day. Or of the week. People around here are nosey, nosey, nosey. Help is needed here, like for real. For real, for real.
I need my privacy, but nooooooo, everyone wants to bother Nyiimah. Ugh. Abigail and her posse have been acting really childish lately, because of this whole thing.I don't even know how I got caught up with them. I guess I'm riding solo for awhile then. Or at least till I find decent people to hang out with... NO BACKSTABBERS WILL BE TOLERATED OR ACCEPTED IN NYIIMAH'S FUN CLUB.
I've had it up to.............. here with everyone in this town. So I'm ditching for the weekend. My pops thinks I'm going to my aunt Jericha's house, but aunt Jericha has been in Hawaii for a few years now. Pops thinks I'll be there tommorrow. I won't be. I'm actually not supposed to leave till Monday, so I have a whole weekend to EXPLORE...EXPLORE...EXPLORE.
I have everything I need to survive for the weekened: food, extra clothes, more food, hiking boots, sneakers, weapons, hair supplies, and so on.... the basics. On my way out of the house I notice a guy that I'm pretty sure I've only seen him in school. One of the popular guys, actually. He's really cute if you ask me. Which you didnt, but I don't care.
He looked up to catch me gawking at him. He smirked and started walking in my direction. I turned and ran before I embarassed my self any more which I probably already did... Darn!!!
I have been runnin for maybe twenty minutes, and I am to tired for words. My hair is sticking to my forehead and my shirt is covered in dust and sweat. Disgusting. I was right around the corner from the railroad station. I was so excited to see the railroad station I hadn't noticed Abigail.
Oh no. Her and her pimpettes were surrounding me. So I couldn't run. Well, at least the railroad station wasn't in sight, if they found out about it I would never forgive myself. Abigail walked toward me. "Hey Nyiimah, what's the rush?" I gave her a dirty look. "I'm not in arush. I was just taking a stroll." Abigail snickered. "You have never been good at lying. Well, I guess Me and my freinds got in the way of your little stroll."
She wasn't going to let me go without a fight. "Yea I guess you did, and I would like to get back to it if you don't mind." She stepped in front of me. "I do mind. I never really liked you. You were always the center of attention, and I still don't get how. But I'm going to bring a ending to that now." The other girls stepped closer to me. "I don't want to fight you Abigail." She smirked. "Ok." I was still a little hesitant. "Ok, so I can leave right?"
Tammie, one of Abigails pimpettes, stepped up to me. "Your so pathetic. And maybe after this beat down you will understand that." I knew it. She wouldn't let me go without a fight. Tammie winded up her fist and punched me directly in the stomach. That hurt badly. But Tammie also made me really mad. They must not know I'm from South Florida.
I rammed Tammie into a nearby tree. There goes one. Then Abigail was my next target. I got up and ran at her. I took my fist and punched her directly in her ugly face. The other girls were coming at me, and there were way to many to fight. Now that I had an opening I ran for it, and yes they were chasing me. Including Abigail and Tammie.
I was running through the woods, so if they caught me lord knows nobody would hear me scream. I was afraid for my life, because Abigail was known to beat people until they were torn apart and helpless. I don't want to be torn apart and helpless.
Something caught hold of my arm and snatched me down into some bushes. My arm was bleeding but I was still alive. I bet it's one of her pimpettes holding me until Abigail can get to me. "If you want a beat down then scream. If you want to keep your pretty little face then be quiet." It was a guy.
The girls ran by, and I lived. I turned around to see the face of the boy I was staring at earlier. He was sooooo cute. I hugged him. "Oh my gosh. Your a life saver. If you hadn't come I would have been murdered." He laughed, that was toooo cute. "Yea I guess so. I saw her follow you, and I didn't want the only pretty face I've seen in this town to get messed up. So I followed you and Abigail. When I saw Tammy punch you I started to walk toward you so i could help, but then you pile drived her. And Abigails face, I don't need to explain."
I smiled, he continued. "So I waited it out until I saw you running toward me. I grabbed you and here we are." Even the story was cute when he said it. "Your amazing." He said that, I didn't. But I was thinking it. "No you are for keeping me alive." He smirked. "What's your name?" He asked MY name. "I'm Nyiimah. And of course I Know you. Your the most popular guy in the school. Brenden, right." Of course I know him."Yea I'm Brenden. Let's get out of here."
"Oh no. I can't. I have to be somewhere." He stood up. "Mind if I come." I didn't. "Yea you can come but you have to swear you will never tell any one where I'm taking you." He smirked.... again. "Swear." This is the beginning of an unbreakable bond as freinds and so much more..............<To be continued> :)))))
