First my eyes widen and glow
Then my heartbeat builds up slow
Till I cant hear my own thoughts.
Then inside me, in my head I scream and scream.
I know im not in a dream.
I have no fear of drowning buts it’s the breathing that’s taking all this work.
Just then, I start to feel warm. No! Hot.
I know its cold but I feel otherwise. Then my legs start shaking.
I feel the blood pulsing in my veins, I cant control myself. My breathing gets faster and louder, erratic more like.
Just then, I stop screaming in my head.
Shh! there’s silence, silence, silence at last
Silence silence at last.
Then suddenly a floodgate is opened and my thoughts all come out rushing at me.
Questions firing like bullets piercing through my soul.
I feel like a train has hit me.
Then just one solitary voice in my head speaks
Its him
The angel’s back again.
