Walking along the rocks, looking for a good spot to sit and watch the water, I can hear the wave crashing onto the shore, hitting the rocks and sand, I can hear the birds over head, calling out to one another. As you look around you can see people running to their friends, laughing and joking with others, you see people having fun.

Sitting on the rocks, looking out to the water, you could see three mini island, on one of them, you can faintly see a light-house, but it’s very small and you can only see it when you’re up high. You watch the water crash down on the rocks under you, just missing you by a couple of inches if you’re close enough.

The wind blowing in your face, the nice cool breeze, carrying the sprays of the water up to you. The wind whistling in your ear, making you calm, bring you peace. Hear all the wonderful noises the world brings you  from the outside, the birds, the wind, the waves, the sound of people talking.

The way you feel sitting on the rocks, staring out to the ocean, the peace you feel, knowing that someday you could be like the waves, free, calm, no care in the world. Knowing that someday you could just be you and just be. The thought calms you, along with the quite the world brings.

Being on the beach alone, it can either make you think more about life and what you’re suppose to do with it, or you could have a blank mind, thinking about nothing at all, and to many, that is the best feeling in the world.
