Abraham’s Tent, M.J. Wolper [fun to read .txt] 📗

After traveling from the Dead Sea to Masada we found ourselves at the top of a low mountain facing a settlement. On our agenda it read “have lunch in Abraham’s tent” There where camels waiting for us men and women dressed in biblical type garb.

Abraham had a Cockney accent and the tent was shabby but there was something touching about this lunch. Off in the distance I could see the Bedouin camps their tents looked just like the ones we just had lunch in. There was a surreal quality as if I really got a glimpse at Abraham’s world.
