PROLOGUE

So walking through the dark streets of London after a night out on the piss probably wasn't the most sensible idea in the world but hey when have I ever been sensible .

Oh yeah I once was . You no what they say once you get yourself into a bad crowd there's no going back an that's exactly what I did me Emma turner the most laid back student you would ever meet I was a straight A student a top member of my class hey I was a teachers pet.

But really I wasn't complaing at the time I loved being a nerd and going to school only cause it got me out the home I was in. my mother Julie always arguing with her new boyfriend I didn't really have anything to do with my real dad so getting out the house for most of the day to go to school then hell yeah I was there.

But where did it all go wrong I mean dropping from a straight A student to failing everything wasn't a good sign was it.

The teachers were that worried they kept on getting the social round my house but hell what was they going to do take me away from my mother, its not like she was doing much wrong unless you could call letting her sixteen year old daughter stay out to all hours and not even give her a phone call then yeah she was a bad mom and needed locking up....

But who did this to me ,that's right my new best friend Bethany miller , She was popular , hour glass figure, pretty,blonde,blue eyes you no the usual .

Hey then there was me small and petite , long black hair. blue eyes and pale as a sheet of blank paper..

We were total opposites but for some reason we got along like an house on fire , she taught me the ropes in school taught me how to get what I wanted and any boy I wanted cause hell before I met her I hadn't even kissed a boy now well not wanting to go into facts but id bin with half the boys in my school.

So she was a bad influence so id took up smoking and maybe I dabbled in a few drugs here and there , But it was all harmless fun how many people in the world can say they don't do none of that stuff that's right hardly anyone id be better off counting who did it .

I took the shortcut down the dark alley , It was a horrible night the thunder storm above rumbled the cold night air.

I sighed as my knee high boots echoed off the walls as they hit the floor, As I neared the edge of the alley a noise behind me startled me making me jump a foot in there air ok so I over exaggerated I jumped an inch, I wasn't prepared for who was stood behind me the males hair was dark and messy his dark eyes were more or less darker than the night sky he had this darkness about him that made me shiver and I knew this time it wasn't cause I was cold there was something about this boy that gave me the creeps,oh god where the hell was Beth when I needed her oh yeah she was with a bloke twice her age . I gulped and backed into the wall waiting for the boy to approach me......
