Greetings gentlemen

Siphers. Call them whatever you wish. The fact is that they are a threat to humanity. To those who have received this email, understand that if you see any Siphers loose around the city, you must report them all.

In any case, Siphers are humans who display abilities that cannot be understood by science. There is currently no known cure for their conditions however we are hard at work to make sure that they are detained in our facilities and kept in secure conditions.

With that said, we must stress that the group known The Remnants are currently still at large.

The Remnants are a group of Conduits hell-bent on destroying humanity even if their lives are sacrificed in the process.

After several years, several people have seen a strange humanoid donning a black outfit entering the bio domes via direct penetration of the bio dome’s outer epidermal layer. During these years, more and more conduits appeared, with some of them never being seen again after being designated as a conduit

After 5 years of constant failures to discover the perpetrator, a video message was sent to the popular T.V station “NewsToday!” by a man known as “Erebus”. Below is the transcript of the video: “Greetings. I am Erebus, the kindler of the insurrection against the Eclipse. Throughout the years, there have been reports of an unidentified individual entering your homes and abducting the residents. That person is I. I have been taking your people and turning them into conduits. I can understand if you are afraid of us, hell we were afraid of all of you at one point or another but we were afraid because of what you all do to us. You call us outcasts; and have even thrown us out of our own homes! That time of prejudice and hate ends soon. In 25 years, my kind will return and will exterminate every single one of you. However, within that time we shall continue to take your people.

Build your defenses. Raise your armies. It’ll make things all the more fun for us.”

Ever since that announcement, the Eclipse has been setting up defenses in order to repel the attack through the construction of strongholds called Bunkers. They began to strike on every single one of the positions and began to eliminate their forces

Slowly but surely, the Eclipse became desperate and began to create conduits that were specially made to follow the orders of the foundation and to never disobey their commands. However, only three could be made and due to the process by which artificially developed conduits are created through, it took a total of 8 years before any signs of abilities showed. The three conduits that were created were:

Roger “Stone Fist” Miles

Ability: To grow a stone like layer over the skin

Age of blossoming: 8 years 3 months

Stephan “Mental” Grusemdurg

Ability: Mind control

Age of blossoming: 7 years 12 months (3 days before his eighth birthday)

Alice Colcon*

Ability: UNKNOWN

Age of blossoming: Has not yet occurred

*Alice Colcon is dubbed to be a failed experiment and shall be sent to her adoptive parents. Her mind will be wiped clean of the experiences she has had.
