Prologue

 

“So how did you get idea to write a book “ Asked the interviewer. It was a press conference of a successful writer named “Shwetank Sharma” .It was launch of his book “A Dream”.And here he was telling his story how he become an author.

 

Chapter one-The Accident

 
Like everyday i woke up and went out in search of jobs.It was my 21st interview and i was on my way of the office.it was raining that day and the traffic was heavy so i get down of the BMTC bus.And i started walking,when i walked further i saw an accident due to which the traffic was there.i was running out of time but out of my curosity i went near to the accident place to see what happened.As i went closer,i saw a kid,may be of 7th or 8th standard in a school uniform of white shirt and brown pants who was crying and one old lady whose specs where broken,head bleeding,wearing a off-white coloured salwar kameej and badly injured.May be she is his grandmother but i was lost in seeing the situtation that i forgot that i was already late to my interview so i walked off but still that situtaion was in my mind making me think of my morals and then i decided to help them.I ran back to the place of accident.I called the ambulance and went to the hospital giving a shit to my interview,thinking what difference this 21st interview will make.i was still in the grief of loosing one oppurtunity of getting a job.

We reached the hospital,i filled the forms and completed the formalities.My gut was right that lady was the grandmother of that kid.That kid's name was vasu and he has already lost his parents and the only support of his was his grandmother.Somehow doctors were able to give her a life and that kid thanked me.After a week i went back to my home,really tired and sleepy.

 

Chapter Two-Sleepless Nights

 

That night was making me anxious,some of the pictures were running in my mind.i could not sleep properly inspite of being so tired.Next day when i woke up there was a story in my mind.I realized that this is the same pictures from my dreams.But as usual i woke and went out in search of jobs,some for which i applied online and for some i went through the newspaper.I went to the hospital in search for that lady,she was fine,we talk for few minutes,she thanked me and i came back home.I was deprived of sleep and i went to sleep early that night but there was something going in my sub conscious mind,some kind of pictures.

Next morning,i recalled those pictures and try to figure out what is my dreams are saying to me but no conclusion was found.The next week of mine went as per my routine.But suddenly one day when i was reading the newspaper,i was on the editor's section,those pictures came infront of my mind and i found out a story out of it.

From the very next day i went to the newspaper "The Hindu".I met the head of that branch and told her the story which came in my dreams.They selected my story and i got the job.From that day,every night i dream of some story and i just put those pictures into my word.

This is how i became a writer.I think it is a gift from the almighty.So help the one who needs do not wait them to ask you for.You will get the return.

 

Epilogue

 "You still get the stories in your dreams"asked the other journalist."No,that was just the intiater to my hidden talent.Now i write by myself.It was a way of God to make me meet my hidden talent."answered by Shwetank.
