Shifting Poles

There is a theory that preposes that 10,000 years ago there was an advanced civilization in Antartica that was well north of its present position and quite habitable. This civilization could have been the origin of others in Egypt, South America and Iraq. The illustration below show the different position of the Antartic ice cap today and then. The only sure way to find out is to investigate the ice cap which, according to global warming theory will soon be  possible.

The Pyramid Telescope

It has been speculated that the shafts in the Pyramid, as shown above, could have been used as a telescope. An observer, stationed in one of the interior chambers, would have had an excellent view of stars passing overhead.   Observatories using huge ramps at the same angle exist in India and other places. It is based on the same principle that you can see by looking at something throua tube or even by cupping your hands. Astronomy was important to the Egyptians as they needed to be able to predict accurately the annual Nile Flood to insure good crops.

Relativity

Einstein’s theory of relativity imposes an ultimate speed limit on the universe. The basic formula is E = M© squared). If you take this as true then as one approaches the speed of light enormous distortions in time and mass would occur: mass would be infinitely large and centuries would be compressed into years. The above illustration is an example of the possible effects. Therefore it would be impossible to exceed it. However, the Sound Barrier was considered by scientists impossible to beat until Chuck Yeager did it in 1947. The only physical proof is the behavior of Mesons that change size as they enter the earth’s gravity. Still if an engine like the one discussed on the previous page could be invented, star travel would be possible, even with the limitations imposed by the speed of light.

Descartes and One Million

Until Rene Descartes, Europeans had no concept of the number one million, but in ancient times the Sumerians, Egyptians and the Hindus did.

Roerich's Saucer

Nicholas Roerich, famous artist and explorer, told of a strange sighting in northern China in 1926: ...noticed a remarkably big, black eagle flying above us...” then they noticed something about the bird: “...we saw, in a direction from north to south, something big and shiny reflecting the sun, like a huge oval moving at great speed... had time to look in our field glasses and saw quite distinct, an oval form with a shiny surface, one side of which was brilliant from the sun...”

Roswell

On July, 2 1947 a rancher saw a big object in the sky near Roswell Texas. The next day he saw a debris field of strange shiny metal said to be alien in origin. The explanation given was that he saw the remains of a weather balloon. The above two images were what I saw in a telescope in the 50's. I was indeed looking at a burst weather balloon.

The Feathered Serpent

Who was Viracocha, Quetzelcoatl, and Kukulcan? All of these were said to refer to a bearded white man. According to Prescott, a noted scholar of South American Civilizations, “ A legend speaks of certain white, bearded  men who advancing along the shores of lake Titicaca, established ascendency over the natives and imparted to them the blessings of civilization.  Both Pizarro and Cortez benefitted greatly from this legend during their conquests of the Inca and Aztec civilizations.

Chinese Sunspots

Sunspots were recorded in ancient China about 1AD, long before Galileo saw them in his telescope. This may possibly have been achieved by looking through semi-transparent stones or even a dense sand storm.

Tesla and Universal Power

Gateway to the Sun

Lake Titicaca

This is the highest lake in the world and seen from space as shown above
