I close my eyes
And them open them.
As if it were a dream,
You walked away,
With nothing to say.
I needed closure,

Every memory,
Turned into darkness,

So cold and so heartless.
As days go by you wonder why,
You chose to walk away.
You thought you’d be happy,
But you’re not ok.
My heart is taken,
It is not yours to keep.
