I take the wind,
Tame it,
Twist it,
Then hurl a hurricane at the earth.

I paint the sky,
Sprinkle it with stars,
Add a full moon,
Then dip it in a vat of black.

I make it spring,
Planting green,
Forcing flowers to bloom,
Then drown it all in snow.

I create a human,
Giving him purpose,
Gifting him happiness,
Then plunging him into despair.

I weave a dream,
Intricate designs,
Eternal fantasies,
Then pull a single thread and watch it come apart.

I am the writer.
