In The Dark

                                 In The Dark

In the dark there are creepy things,

In the dark they have thorns and horns,

In the dark be ready for more,

In the dark they creek the doors.

Don’t go in the dark unless you're brave,

Because it is for you they crave,

Don’t go in the dark unless you're brave,

In the dark they won’t behave,

In the dark they dwell and eat,

In the dark you will be the treat,

They will tie you up and tickle your feet,

Remember, there are creepy things in the dark,

So stay in the light and stay off the street.

Under The Bed

          Under The Bed

He has a big, yellow toothy smile,

He has a nose, long as a mile,

He lays in a pile and doesn't got any style

I’m not trying to revile, but he's

  meaner than a snake,

And for god's sake please stay awake,

for if the house starts to quake,

  you’ll have to evacuate,

Jump as far from the bed as possible,

For him to catch you will be impossible

if you follow these simple instructions:

Jump, Jump, Jump

Run, Run, Run

Scream, Scream, Scream

And grab your gun, he’s under the bed and

he will kill your loved one.

In The Closet

          In The Closet

There are aliens in the closet my dear,

They will gobble you up in fear,

But don’t cry because if they see a tear,

They will smear your brains on the wall,

That's their way of making you bawl,

So don’t cry, not even a drip,

Or, although their small, they can most

definitely drag you down the hall.

Calling For Mommy

 Calling For Mommy

When you hear those sounds, do you call for mommy?

When you see those things, do you call for mommy?

When you have a bad dream, do you call for mommy?

When they whisper to you at night, do you call for   mommy?

When they scratch your skin, do you call for mommy?

No, you shut up at night, you go to sleep and ignore the sounds,

because you know, they already have mommy.

The Woods

The Woods

You see that, the faces in the woods, in the trees?

The eyes and the teeth?

The long tongue and the glowing smirk?

In the woods things happen, no one knows what,

‘cause no one lives to tell, but things happen, in the dark ,

in the woods, lit by the pale blue moonlight.

Sometimes I hear cryies and screams I want to help but

I can’t, it’s much too dangerous to go in, even in the light.

People go missing in the woods, never to be found,

never heard of again, only forgotten.

In the woods things happen, no one knows what,

‘cause no one lives to tell, but things happen, in the dark ,

in the woods, lit by the pale blue moonlight.
