Have you ever looked deep within her eyes?
Ever seen the secrets that they hide?
Have you ever thought to look deep within?
To look inside the girl with the grin
There is way more to her than you'd ever know
The fragile flower that within her does grow
The fragile flower slowly withers inside
Always facing some form of strife
She tries to be strong, stronger than the storm
But she feels like she can't be stronger anymore
She strives to be clean, pure, and true
But its hard because she bites off more than she can chew
Look deep, deeper than the average can see
Look inside, go in deep
See her troubles, all her worries
Deep inside where she did bury
Darkness fills my heart at night
I look around to find a light
I cower in fright, of the battle I need face
Against my depression, which I had hidden in a case
Now its back, stronger than ever
I wish it would go away, I wish I was more clever
Why did I hide it inside of me
Now I am stuck I have no glee
I need some help. but who do I ask
Figuring it out, is quite a task
They all think I am happy, happy as ever
But I am not. It seems like me and happiness haven't met in forever
I will be strong, face the fear
Till my conscious is completely clear
I will fight this fight, for it is mine
Make it leave, then I will be fine
What do you think hides deep inside?
On this ever changing ride
We call it life, its not easy
Twists and turns that make us feel queasy
For everyone its different, never the same
Some people stay normal, others get fame
Some of us fail, some succeed
We all try, we learn what we need
Try the hardest we can, make it through
But its hard, for there is always something new
We face our trials, fight our fight
Try our hardest to choose the right
