Willie our drummer volunteered, so agile and wild.
His eight spider's legs could spin a web over a child.

Inducting surprise as our companion was our only chance
as troops of red ants swarmed, their legs in short pants.
The fire’s reflection spread illumination on the site.
With sharp eyes we would battle with all of our might.

Willie spun till his silk threads died out and were no more.

Over the tree roots and among all the plants.

The music is hot; we are all filled with glee,

Especially Mitzi who is thankfully free!
