I want to express my gratitude to Lord Shiva, Goddess Pavarti and Lord Ganesha for embracing me with eternal love when I was in distress, I am eternally thankful for such pure love in my life giving me a chance to experience a powerful blissful emotion".
Night was falling in the city, Hannah went to Goddess Pavarti’s temple every night to mediate and pray to find peace but also to find true love which it had been so hard to find. She had always felt very drawn to anything that had to do with India, she felt that perhaps in another life time she had lived in that exotic and beautiful land that appeal so much to her senses. If only she could find someone that would love her with all her faults but also who would bring her the peace and soul connection she was seeking, Pavarti the beautiful Goddess had found bliss with Lord Shiva and that was what she wanted even if it seemed hard in a world that was out of control every day. She was bare foot in front of the altar, she was alone with her head down and her hands clasped in front of her chest, silently she prayed the mantras but when she finished she talked to the Goddess with her heart and soul.
“Oh Mother, beautiful one, hear me, I am not that young any more, perhaps I am still youthful in many ways and my heart is like that of a girl seeking to be loved completely like never before, oh Goddess Pavarti I know you embrace me with love for I feel it deep in my soul, is a sweet and fragrant love like no other in the world. My beloved is out there and all I need is your help for you know for how long I had desire to find my true love, is never too late to find a good love. I am eternally grateful to you my beautiful mother, sister and friend”
She bowed to her with deep devotion, when she looked at the beautiful portrait of the Goddess in front of her she thought that a smile brighten her face, it was love, that love that gives joy to a distressed soul like hers. As she went out she saw her friend Nama who had showed her kindness many times.
“This place is so peaceful”, Nama said as a greeting to Hannah.
“I feel so at home here, like the wisdom of the ages is with me”
“It is with us every time we come inside this beautiful temple”, Nama smiled, Hannah gave her a goodbye kiss.
“I am leaving, may the Goddess Pavarti be with you”
“With you too”, Hannah walked out of the temple to the garden, it was a beautiful night, the scent of jasmines were in the air, she could feel the voice of her beloved in her ears, soft and sweet “I am not far away my love, I am close to you”, Hannah smile and looked at the sky, her heart was at peace, it might take some time to find him physically but she had already found him in her heart…
