The Lone Dog

Once upon a time there was a pack of dogs. there where moms dads puppies and then an odd ball. he looked nothing like his mom and dad our brothers and sisters. there where all white and had some blue in them but not him, he was black, but not and ordinary black. he was as black as the night sky on friday the 13th. he grew up but the other dogs didn't play with him,but he didn't care. until one day a bear intruded the group. all the male dogs had to go fight them off but they didn't survive. then at night he came and killed all the other puppies and the girls to. all but Mo. (the lone dog) mo soon got over the death of his pack. he taught himself to kill small animals and to find water. but one day when he was out on his hunt. he heard a faint sound of barking. he wondered, "maybe there are others dogs here, too." he listened for the faint sound, it got louder and louder, until, it stopped he felt the presence of something. he sensed danger. he look around then the weeds rustled. he looked over and a pack of hungry wolves bursted out from the trees and brush. he tried to fight back, but they where to strong.he soon gave up,but that wasn't the end of his fight. as soon as the thought touched his mind something jumped out from the brush. it was a hunter he pointed the gum and the one going for his neck and shot everything stopped and mo and the wolves looked up. all the wolves went running off she watched them until they couldn't be seen anymore.

A Hunter Named, Bo.

as soon as the wolves were out of sight the girl ran over to check on the dog. she looked over his body for a few seconds the closed her eyes to think.she could see mo look up at her as if he was asking for help. she looked i his eyes for a second before picking him up and running to her truck to on the road. when she got there she gently put him in the passengers seat and then jumped in the drivers seat. after 20 minutes mo went in and out of consinsness. then they where home after a long long 10 minute drive. when she got home she called the vet being a sunday afternoon they where closed. so she ran to her supply closed to get stuff to dress the wound. she got wrap, ointment, pain pills, and cotton. she cleaned them, then wrapped up the wounds, then gave him a pain pill. after she dressed them she layer him down on the couch then she sat down next to him and started to pet his bloody head. she soon fell asleep.

Monday.

monday morning Bo woke up and Mo wasn't there. she started to panic. but nothing was wrong she search the house for him. he got up to get a drink and the layer down on a pillow behind the couch. "i guess he's doing fine" thought bo. when he say her he tried to hid but then got up and limped over to her. "aww, your leg is hurt". then she noticed his blood still on him so she went to give him a quick bath then took him to the vet. when the vet asked her for his papers she said that she had found him being attacked by wolves in the north woods of Colorado. the vet brought up humanly euthanizing him. when she said that bo looked at her and said "the dog will be fine he has a couple of cuts and a hurt leg but thats it" the vet argued back "he's suffering" "ok well i think hell be fine he has 1 life to live and you would be responsible for ending it so good day!" the vet tried to say "but he is in p" "GOOD DAY" she yelled. she picked up Mo and kissed him and told hi he'll be o.k.she didn't answer when the woman at the desk asked her what the vet said. she just looked at her with the look of discust and walked threw the doors.

Ill Take Care Of You

on there way home from the vet Bo told Mo shed never let him die unless she really had to which it seemed like he was doing just fine. when they got home Bo changed Mo's bandages and checked on the wounds. "they look just fine" said Bo. after she said that mo looked up at he and whimpered in one of those i-no-you-will wimpers. she leaned down and gave him a kiss and he stood up and licked her in the face a couple of times. she told him that she loved more than he new and that she'd take care of him.after he looked at her for a few second he got up to lay down on his pillow and she went to get her shower. when she got out she called him to the bed to go to sleep. he limped his way in there. the next morning she took him to another vet to see what kind of dog he was they told her he's a labrador retriever and there very strong and dependent dogs. Bo said "i no he pulled threw from a solve attach" then the vet checked him out and told her the wounds are fine and they'll be healed in a couple of days. when she got home Mo went to lay down on his pillow, and Bo got a call from her aunt. "hello" "hey, its aunt Jackie. i need you to babysit sarah for me tomorrow" " ok , bring her over in the morning" Mo looked up at her and she sid "you get to meet sarah tomorrow. you'll love her she's 9 and loves dogs"

The Rescue

the next morning Jackie brought over sarah and when Mo got up he wasn't even limping. when sarah walked in she screamed at the sight of Mo. "ooh can i take him outside to play for a little while please Bo please" "ok but be very careful". about 15 minutes later Bo heard a loud dog bark. she had never heard mo bark before so she figured he was playing with sarah then she went to get her coffee. a few minutes later she heard a scream she dropped her cup of coffee and jumped a little. but it wasn't a oh-no-hes-going-to-catch-me scream it was a oh-please-lord-help-me scream she didn't think much of it though. then she heard the sound of like a go making something. Bo jumped up and went running and when she looked out the window she saw sarah running towards the house without mo. Bo ran outside and saw Mo attaching a coyote. she ran out and scared off the coyote and picked up mo and ran to sarah. apparently the sound of a little girl laughing and a dog growling attracted a coyote. but sarah only had a few cuts and bruises. now Bo new for sure she would never eb]ver even think about putting mo to sleep.

The Love Of Mo and Bo (short chapter) well not really a chapter more of a thing of how they met and describing them

the love of bo and mo. Mo was a two year old labrador retriever (lab) a very strong and depentant dog. and Bo a 20 single woman who found mo in the woods.
