It’s a Sunday evening the sun had already reached below horizon making it dark and cold. There is a heavy crowd in the graveyard. A girl in her early twenties stands aloof under a tree at a far corner of the cementery. Her eyes were blurry and stare at a fixed far point. She was standing as still as a painting. Then it started raining heavenly. All the rituals of the corpse has been done and it was placed in the grave. Soon the graveyard becomes empty, no one was there except for the girl. After what seemed like hours she dragged her feet’s out of the place. With her terribly shaking legs she wasn’t even sure that she could reach her destination. Just as she pressed the doorbell her body felt numb and she hit the floor with a large thud.
When she got conscious she finds herself in a white room and her hands wrapped in needles. She turns her head to see an old woman in her 50’s. Her hairs had some strokes of grey and were up in a messy bun. As soon as she saw her conscious, her frown changed into a relieved smile. The woman reaches for the girl and asked “Are you alright?” “Yes, I am fine just a bit dizzy” the girl replied while holding her head with one hand. “Shanz you need some more rest, don’t try to be up” she shoots a warning but it more comes out to be a whisper. The young girl again shuts her eyes and slowly drifted off to sleep.
Chapter 2
She is walking alone in the park when a hand closed her eyes and a familiar voice perched "Guess who"."I know it's you Samaira" she said as a matter of fact. They were friends since they are in diapers, even the word "Best Friend" cannot describe the bonding between the two, they are practically soul sisters.Suddenly the weather changed and Samaira was not there anymore. The night somehow became scary. Then a piericing scream came breaking the silence of the night."It's Samaira" she blurted out and almost ran towards the voice and ends up to her friend's limped body lying in the pool of blood in a corner of the park.A knife went across her flat stomach and her lifeless fingers are around it.She starts sweating and sits up on her bed and trying to sooth her uneven breathing."so that was a dream" she questioned herself. She calmed down a bit.Because of the horrible nightmare she doesn't want to sleep again. After an hour or so she hear some rufflings across the door, she removed all the needles and approached the door to hear more clearly. On the other side of the door, her mother is talking to doctor "how is she now doc""she is okay for now but keep a strict watch on her diet she is not eating properly and hence her haemmoglobin is very low".The woman tone changed into a worried one "I will doc, anything else"."No, it's just she is weak" the docter replied."But now no more"the girl told herself.
Chapter 3
After that the girl picked up her jacket and covered herself with a scarf, placing her feet in the converse she sneaks out of the place.
She visits Samaira’s room through pipe to find more about the incident. After an hour or so all she got is nothing except disappointment. This is also the same park where SHE is found dead. She visits the spot where her body was found. It was sealed by the police. She turned and reached the other corner where they used to sit.
