Where does a poem come from. Some would say 'the heart'. yes, some do, but others come from much more ordinary things we see around us. This came from seeing a small Irish pub, Voila! A poem.
This work got a Commendation when I entered it for Local Government competition. A young African girl walks miles for water each day. She devises a plan to bring piped water to her village.
Quirky events happen in England. The annual Fete happens in a great many villages and towns all over the country. This is the tale of one such event, the place is immaterial, but the colour and life is what is portrayed here.

All is never what it seems
Ming on an outer world. Syme is their leader and the crew is a rag tag bunch who are good at what they do but.. things never go smoothly and they have chosen a planet wjere conditions are harsh.
