The Homo erectus own the fire which was an advantage, they were the first able to use and control the fire, they weren’t sure how to use the fire for cook.

Neolithic starts a revolution that changes human live but this revolution was of the gastronomic type. This revolution change the way the people eat because they discover that they can eat some seeds like beans, that they can take milk from the cows.
The communication start as a problem of survive, the Homo sapiens start to communicate, then went that important even happens in the humanity the Homo sapiens start to be Homo sapience sapience this evolution was the final one, until now. This was just not a huge step in the human evolution, but also gastronomic type, they start to think, to talk, and to cook, they also discover new types of food they discover the corn, the cherries, strawberries, and other types of fruit. Then they discover the gods drink the beer. Then step by step they were developing a new generation of food.

Now days the variety of food is amazing, you can have since a chocolate sweet till a strawberries cocteil
