Chapter 1.

It was about a month, after the two had been dating, that Choi Jinhyuk, and Park Bom, were married. The two were just so Madly in love, they could not stand to wait any longer..
Bom, on the night of the wedding, went into Jinhyuk's room. As he slept, she leaned over him, whispering into his ear softly, "No matter what happens... Even when the sky is falling down... I'll promise you... that I'll never let you go."
And so, the next morning at 4:00PM, That warm summer's day, the wedding went as planned. Bom, and Jinhyuk, were in practical Bliss...

But in every love, there strikes tragedy.

Chapter 2.

I got home early from shopping one day, checking my phone. No calls from Jinhyuk. He had been at the doctor's office all day. I wondered, 'Is there something wrong?'. I thought I'd call, to see. I clicked his number into the dial pad of my phone, pressing it to my ear, as the dial tone buzzed a few times, in the end, coming to Jinhyuk's voicemail. I listened to his caring, soft voice speak through the moniter, asking the caller to leave him a message after the beep, and laughing his sweet, sandy laugh. The message tone rang, and I spoke quickly though the reciever, "Yeah, hey. It's Bom... Call me, and let me know what the doctors said. You've been gone all day!"
No sooner, had I hung up to phone, my home phone rang. It was the doctor. "We ran a few tests, to see if his cancer had returned," The doctor was explainging. Jinhyuk had had signs of cancerous life in his spine, but it was almost unheard of since then. "We are very sorry to tell you, that the cancer had spread, and had affected his spinal cord. I am sorry, miss Bom, but he will be paralysed within the next few weeks... There's no way we could remove this much growth in the amount of time we have." I felt tears spring up in my eyes. My love, my husband was going to be in a wheelchair...
After about an hour of crying, I went to the old church. Jinhyuk, and I had bought it not too long ago, and Jinhyuk often stayed here, using the confessions booth, as a bedroom for himself. I walked slowly through the pews, looking up at the collossal stained glass window. And, without really knowing what to do, I sat to pray.
Then, a noise came from Jinhyuk's room. He was here. I stepped across the walk, to the door, looking though a small glass window. There Jinhyuk sat, on the bed. He was writing in his sketchbook. In spite of myself, I smiled. He'd never looked like such a boy before.. Only a man. Slowly, I peeked my head inside. "Jinhyuk?" I asked. He looked up with a smile, "Bom... My love... Did the doctors--" I nodded. He looked down. I looked about the room, and spotted a game system Jinhyuk had bought. "Wanna play a game?" I asked him.
His smile took my breath away.
After an epic battle of Mario Kart, We went to stand on the balcony. And as he looked over his church, he leaned his hand up, open. And I took it.

Chapter 3.

A few weeks passed, and as the doctor's said, Jinhyuk had lost his legs. That day, we both cried, as he sat in his new wheelchair for the first time. I decided to take him to the Church, and have him stay there. Every day, I was to make him meals, and take his calls, and do things for him that he asked. I was completely for him and him alone.
One day, I'd decided to make him something sweet. I went ot the library, looking through an art book, of cupcakes, trying to find a style he'd like. I looked up, to see a diorama next to the row of books, with cupcakes, icing riplets over the top of it, rose petas sprinkled over it. Jinhyuk would love them. I immediately went to go home. I get on my red moped, driving along. I stopped at a window, that had a small Christmas tree inside. That reminded me, Christmas was just around the corner. Jinhyuk would'nt be abled to see a real tree...
When I got home, at first, I sat, thinking about Jinhyuk. Once, I almost dozed off. But I took a drink of tea, and set to work on my cupcakes.
I finished just as night fell. It was late, and I was tired, but I felt the need to go to the church. I got on my moped, and sped down the near-empty streets. When I arrived, his room was empty, and void of his wheelchair. He'd went out somewhere, but he couldn't go far. He'd be back soon, I told myself, as I lay down on his bed, falling asleep.
Jinhyuk arrived back in the room, to find Bom in his bed, fast asleep. He smiled softly, and made his way to his dresser, taking out a notebook. He slowly, detailedly sketched out Bom's perfect, sleeping figure. He wrote something at the bottom, just as she woke.
I had dreamed. I dreamed of having a family with Jinhyuk, the doctors revealing a beautiful baby inside a carraige, to be our daughter. And when I awoke, Jinhyuk was there, looking at me. His dark brown eyes were touched by his smile. He was holding that red notebook again, and I thought he drew me asleep. That creepr! So I reached, taking th ebook, and struggling over it with him. Finally he let go, watchign me fall back, and we both laughed. "You can have it", he told me, with his soft smile. Finally, we embraced, and that next day, would be one ot remember.

Chapter 4.

That night, was Christmas Night. Jinhyuk, wasn't feeling very well, but I decided to do somethign for him. I called up one of his friends, who was in the filming business. He agreed to let me have an old projecter, and some slides. I thanked him, and he brought them right over. I tried to remember what I wanted to show Jinhyuk, then packed up the projecter, a camera, and the slides, as well as an old sheet, I'd use as a screen.
I got to the Craft store, just as noon set in. I bought three large jars of black sand, and a long broom brush. The cashier asked, "What do you plan on doing with all these things, miss?" I answered her, "Making someone special's Christmas worthwhile..."
I drove down the line of stores, as I did a few nights before. I stopped, at the store with the christmas tree in the window, snapping a photo of it. I grinned, as the photo came out of the old style camera, and cleared.
I arrived at the church, just as the sun was setting. Jinhyuk looked surprised, "Why are you coming ot get me on a night like tonight?" I just told him to come with me, loading his wheelchair, and him onto the moped, and speeding along. We took a back roads ramp up to a rooftop. There, I had the screen set up, the projected on it. Black sand covered the matress, and I walked over to Jinhyuk's wheelchair, closing his eyes for him. "No peeking..."
Jinhyuk opened his eyes at the whir of the prjected coming to life, to see Bom, with a janitor's broom, sweeping black dust form the screen. Slowly, and carefully Jinhyuk, could tell what it was. He clasped his hands to his mouth, tears flowing from his eyes. There, twinkling in the night, on a large screen, was the most beaurtiful Christmas Tree, he'd ever seen. Bom turned, waving excitedly at him. This was the best Christmas ever...

Chapter 5.

A few months later, in July, I walked through the open feild, alone. In my hand, I held Jinhyk's old notebook, with all his writings, and drawings of things he thought were beautiful. I stopped under the great willow tree, kissing the notebook, and sitting it in front of that pale stone. I turned to leave, walking back down the hill.
I went to my moped, beginning to load up, and a warm breeze blew. I don't know why, but I looked up at the old Willow tree, and saw Jinhyuk sitting on his gravestone, reading through his notebook, with a smile on his face.
As I saw this, I felt the ring around my finger, ignoring the tears that streamed down my face, as I got on the moped and sped off into the afternoon...

End.
