Chapter One "Heavently Sent / Prologue

Daniel Harrigan was a normal teen who died in his sleep. Daniel was awful with women, wore light-colored clothes, was a geek and had light green hair. Daniel went to sleep with many things on his mind which stressed him out. That’s when he fell asleep and awoke on a new plain of time referred to as Heaven. The god Hunter then tells Daniel of a mistake he made and that to make it up he will send Daniel to a new world with a new identity. Daniel agrees with this and so Hunter heavenly sents him to Astriocal going by Ex. He was in the middle of the forest where he realized the changes to him. He had black spiky low fade hair and wore a black leather jacket and black pants. This surprised him as he preferred lighter colors, but he thought he looked good with what he was wearing. He also noticed a small “I” in the corner of his vision. After trying to figure out how to activate it he says “Menu” and it opens to reveal his inventory. He also noticed a skill tab and when opened told him he had five skills.  Each skill had different variations depending on the rank it was. Rank F’s to Rank SS’s told the user how strong their skill. His skills were Physical Enhancement, Forcefield, Creation: Light, Creation: Fire & Creation: Darkness and all were rank S’s. Ex (Daniel) was amazed at his new strength given to him by the god Hunter. He vowed to make his life worth everything and not be stuck in a dead-end life like his past life.

Chapter Two "The Village / Wolf Pup"

Ex noticed there was a town close by. He walked to the town and noticed a standoff was happening between the townspeople and a pack of wolves. The townspeople were being pushed back as they had no real equipment to fight against the wolves. A couple of people were covered in blood as some others were injured. Ex thought quickly and ran up to the townspeople and ignited his fire skill scaring off the wolves. The townspeople celebrated Ex’s arrival and start thanking him for aiding them. Ex was about to walk off with the townspeople and go to the nearby inn when he discovers a wolf pup lying on the floor with blood covering it. Ex rushed over to the pup seeing that it was nearly killed in the standoff, but it was seriously injured. “Can anybody save this pup.” He said aloud. At first, nobody spoke up, but Ex asked again this time shouting. “Johnson is a doctor and can save that pup, but why should we. It’s a Diamondrock Wolf and it nearly killed some of us.” The mayor spoke up. Ex didn’t like that response. “I get that, but this looks like the runt of the pack. It needs help right now to survive.” Ex shouted. “You guys said you wanted to pay me back for preventing more injuries then save this wolf pup and we’ll call it even,” Ex told them. “Fine, get Johnson to save this pup and take a look at the other human injuries.” The mayor shouted. Ex could tell that the mayor wasn’t happy with Ex, but he couldn’t care less. The Johnson guy arrived and treated the pup’s wounds leaving with a glare. The townspeople did not like me any more than the Diamondrock wolves. The pup was now surviving thanks to the treatment it got. Ex relaxed as he watched over the pup while being hated by the townspeople.

Chapter Three "Skill Training / Max"

Ex decided to venture into the forest to train his new skills. He planned to familiarize himself with his skills and how to efficiently use them. Ex used a nearby deposit of tree warriors (Goblin like monsters that live in the forest) to use his skills. First, he used his Physical Enhancement skill to increase his durability while having his forcefield on. This drained his magic points real quick. He rushed into the cloud of tree warriors fighting them barehanded defeating the warriors easily. He was understanding how to use both of those skills. The only skills he hasn’t tried out were the Creation skills. He then went and searched for another deposit of monster which he eventually does and defeats them using each Creation skill. He could only use the Creation skills by harnessing the element and firing a blast of that element or controlling the element and using it as a weapon. He used fire (Which is very dangerous in a forest) and burned many monsters alive, Light blinded and eliminate monsters that dwell on darkness. Darkness took over many monsters using them as host as the monsters feed on the parasite that the Creation: Darkness skill creates. Ex then returned to the town where he was greeted by Max the wolf pup that he helped save. The townspeople have gotten used to having Ex and Max with them since they’ve been staying in a handcrafted house that Ex made on the outskirts of town. The mayor still has resentment as do some of the people “fighting” the Diamondrock wolves, but they don’t mind as much as they used to do since Ex takes care of any monsters nearby. Ex has become their guardian that they have a hate-love relationship with. Max has also risen in ranks becoming a Rank G wolf and becoming larger in size. Max was now a young adult wolf no longer being the defenseless dying little pup Ex found him as. Now Ex knew how to use his skills and Max is slowly growing to become a really strong companion.

Chapter Four "The Capital / Mysterious Girl"

“Thank you,” Ex told the townspeople. They looked enthusiastic to see Ex leaving the town. “They hate me don’t they?” He thought. He knew that they wanted him gone ever since he took in Max. “Well, I’m off.” He tells them as he leaves with cold goodbyes and Max in tow. He leaves the forest and town behind as he follows the instructions the townspeople gave him. He was on his way to the capital, Mantinshin, to join the adventurer guild.

He got passed the miles of forest by the next morning. He reached the front gates. There wasn’t a moat surrounding the capital's walls instead, a squad of guards checking in the long line of people trying to get in. Ex stared at the top of the walls and noticed a guard tower poking out. He got into line with Max behind him. “Hey, that’s a monster. Why do you have a Diamondrock Wolf with you?” Somebody behind asked. “Don’t worry he’s tamed. He won’t do any harm to anybody.” Ex responded. The person didn’t respond to Ex’s comment, instead whispering with other people. Ex could hear all the whispering going on from around him. “Leave me alone.” He thought. His turn finally came and even the guards were shocked to see a monster following Ex. They didn’t mention Max to Ex just letting him enter after checking his record. They gave Ex a temporary Identification card and told him where to find the adventurers’ guild. Ex thanked them and walked to the guild. Once there he opens the door to be welcomed with silence. He walked over to the receptionist’s desk while all the other adventurers stared at him. “How do I register?” Ex asked the receptionist. “I just need your information.” She said nervously as she took glances at Max.

Ex gave the receptionist his information and got his adventurers’ card made. He was starting as a rank F. Ex than thanked her and walked outside. Max was very obedient as if he understood one wrong move would get both of them in trouble. Ex was on the search for an inn to sleep in for the time being when Max ran ahead of him. Max wanted to look for an inn faster than his master as a way to show his gratitude (Max is a boy). A girl came out of nowhere nearly hitting Max with her sword. Max dodged her attack falling back to Ex’s location. The girl threw a dagger that missed Max hitting the ground in front of him stopping Max dead in his tracks. Ex watched as the girl got her sword ready to strike Max.

Chapter Five "Brooklyn / The Challenger"

“Watch out!” She shouted. Ex’s mind was flooded with confusion. Then a light bulb appeared over his head. “She must think that Max is a monster that sneaked in.” Ex thought. The girl rushed at Max trying to kill him with one blow. “Ignite: Fire” Ex shouted dropping fire in between the girl and Max. “What are you doing?” She yelled at
