Prologe

Since me and Jake got together, everything's changed.

I woke up hungry. I couldn't wake him up,he just looked to peaceful. I got up to change out of my P.J's.I went into the bathroom to do my hair. I opened the door to walk out, and Jake was standing there. I jumped. "JAKE! Don't ever sneak up on me again!" He Grinned. " Oh, I'm sorry Nessie. Did I scare you?" I tapped his face lightly. I showed him, I love you. He kissed me very lightly. "And where were you headed off too?" As if he didn't already know! He just smiled."Here's a thought, lets go hunting." I thought about it for half a second. "OK!" I said. I guess I should tell you why that's so important. I'm half Vampire. I know it sounds weird but you'll get used to it. My mama had me when she was human, but my daddy's a vampire. My mama is too, now.Some of my family has special powers. Did I mention my whole family is vampires? My mama's family died 200 years ago. Yep, I'm 207 years old but i look 16. Oh and Jake's a werewolf. He still ages, but has long as he transforms into a wolf now and then, it's at a much slower pace. We've been married for 18 years. Anyway, back to the powers.My Autie Alice can see the future, my daddy can read minds, my mama can block mind attacks, and my Uncle Jasper can control your mood. I can transport my thoughts to others minds. We went hunting. I ran quite fast. I can't run quite as fast as my vampire family, but no human could run anywhere near this speed. And then I heard it. The rusling noise. There was no destracting me now. Jake, in his wolf form now, smelled them. The biggest mountian lions in Toledo, Washington. I took the biggest of the two fighting males. Jake wasn't far behind me.We were very hungry. We went back to the house. "Can we go see mama and daddy?" I asked. "Sure" Jake replied nervously. Before I was born and while mama was pregnent with me Jacob loved her and hated me. But when I was born Jake imprinted on me. We have been together ever since. Mama is naturealy pretty, with glamorous, long, brown hair. Daddy has ruset-gold, messy hair. My whole family, including me, have golden eyes from the animal blood. Alice has spiky black hair and Jasper has messy gold hair. Auntie Rosalie has wavy blonde hair and Uncle Emment is big built, with dark brown hair. Oh, and my daddy's mom and dad are vampires. Grandma Esme and Grandpa Carlisle are REALLY sweet. Me and Jake are in High School. Again. Well, what did you expect. Pas Encore! Not Again! I forgot my bio homework! Huh. My daddy first layed eyes on mama in bio. Weird.

I could feel it. The silence was deafining. Me and Jake just finished hunting. Something was watching us. Then it jumped at us. I hissed invoulintarily. "DAD!" I yelled at the same time Jake snarled. "What are you doing?" "Hunting, same as you." He answer, grinning. "DADDY!" I yelled as I ran do him. "Hey Nessie! How are you?" I just grinned and laid my hand on his cheek. "Good." I said aloud. Just then did I notice my mama. "MAMA!" "Hi Baby!" she yelled.But even has we hugged each other, the feeling was still there."Mama,Daddy, Jake, do you feel like your being watched?" "Yes" all three answered together. Then it happened. Everyone was in front of me, with a vampire with blazing red eyes in front of us. Oh mon dieu! Oh My God! I was so scared! "DADDY!" I balled. He just snarled at the vampire. "MAMA!" I yelled to her because she was the closest."It's OK baby girl." Then with one quick movement, the vampire was on fire. Everyone was around me, hugging and reasuring me. "Nessie, I'm so sorry!" Daddy said.I just looked up." Who was that?" Then I blacked out.

I could hear before I opened my eyes. "How much longer, Alice?" Jake asked franticley. "Right now." she said just as my eyes flew open. "Oh Nessie!" Jake said as he hugged me. "Who was that?" "We don't know" Mama said. "But we will find out." Daddy said. "Mama!" I screamed. She looked infuriated. "What's wrong Bella?" Daddy asked. " I'm just ticked that this guy went after Renessmee! Aren't you?" "Of course I am." Then I relized the burn in my throat. "Nessie, I know it hurts, but you need to rest." Daddy said. "NO. I'm going hunting." I was going to hunting. I ran. Then all the sudden Jasper's arms were around my waist, restraining me. "Let me go" I hissed. Then he was on the floor, with me attacking him. We were attacking each other. Wow. That was a first. I jumped up. I held my hand out to help him up. "Sorry, Jaz. But why did you attack me?" "There were some injured people not to long ago out there. they're still walking back. Lots of blood on the ground. I didn't want you to attack them." I smiled. "Thanks, Jaz."

The next morning at 5:00 A.M I was already awake and hunting. Jake was still asleep. I was worring about the man. What if there were more like him? What would I do if I ran into one alone? I'm half human. Blood runs through my vains. I stoped mid-meal. I could hear something running at me. I spun just as Auntie Alice jumped on my back. "Auntie Alice!" "Oh, Nessie! Sorry. I haven't hunted in awhile and I got your scent and I diidn't reconize it. Oh Nessie, i'm so sorry! "It's no big deal. Just don't think about around daddy OK?" "Okay." She jumped off my back. " Want to hunt?" I asked. She just stared with a glassy look in her eyes. "Auntie Alice." I asked calmly. "Jasper!" I yelled just because we were so far from the house. He was there in one minute. "Alice, Darlin, what do you see?" I just stared at him. He only used his southern accent around me and her. He thought it was a sign of weakness. "I see Nessie. Someone is hunting her and Jacob."" WHAT?!?!?" I yelled. I didn't even stay to here the answer. I ran back to the house. A horrible scene awaited me. "JAKE!" I screamed. He was laying on the floor with a female vampire holding him by the neck. She looked up at me. "Well,Well,Well. What do we have here?" Her voice sounded like a chime of bells.." Who. Are. You." I said though clenched teeth. " Tell your mom & dad, Marissa is back." And with that she was gone."Jake! Are you alright?" "I'm fine baby. Are you?" "I'm fine. Oh, Jake! I was so scared!" I sobbed."Shhh. It's Okay Nessie." Then I felt a sharp pain in my head and blacked out.
***********************************************I woke up 3 day later in Grandpa Carlisle's office. "Oh baby girl! You scared us!" Mom said. Then I remembered the message. " Mom, Dad, I have a message for you. Marissa is back. Does that mean anything?" Mom's face drained of any color. " Bella, who is Marissa?" Dad asked calmly. " A women who's mate I killed." Then I remembered something. " Where's Jake? Is he okay?" "Calm down Nessie, he's just out hunting. You've been out for 3 days. And there's something else." "What?" "Everyone besides Edward,Bella and Nessie please leave." Grandpa Carlisle said."What's going on?!" "Nessie.....your pregnent." I just stared." W-W-WHAT?!"
