Tundra

As I wake up, the beautiful blanket suffocates me
It tries to erase me, and break me, and take me under
With its’ cold thunder and bold tundra
The wonder, a hundred or more degrees on the floor

What if it’s war? What if it was nothing before it became unsure.
Unlawfully mine, with the time in mind. The ice is blinded by the same kind
The same type to suffocate in line, bound by the climb into reality
So call it a coat on top of your integrity

For its merely a shield of what we want to be
Of what we want to see, we can’t believe in
Anything, but the apathy of one option
Staying or leaving, decaying and breathing

Through the dead leaves, who live to freeze
And leave nothing achieving cold

Distant multitudes of where we hold ourselves
We take up a reason to know ourselves

Hypocrisy

Mentally ill, institutionalized
Getting my thrill from the look in your eyes

Luckily there is no ending to keep the worlds pretending

I’m afraid of you, And how you’ll treat me
Not sure how I’ll act, When you defeat me
