Cautionary Tales is a collection of 25 poems with a message in mind: if you're not careful, bad things can happen to you. The poems take a dark look at such varied subjects as picking your nose, baking bread, and touch-typing while wearing your girlfriend's basque. I hope you enjoy reading this collection as much as I enjoyed writing it.
There seems to be some sort of pattern in life that dictates of our fate or future if you like. For some lucky people the fates are kind. For others not so.

A poem about how how one woman lives with internal turmoil throughout her life. She must learn to deal with the mental scars as well as the physical ones!
A poem about a woman looking in the mirror and seeing the little girl she use to be. She is trying to get past a very painful and abusive past. She must learn to deal with her past and realize it wasn't her fault and love herself for who she is.
Reveal is a poem that introduces my true self to the world. I feel and think that you should never assume anything about a person. It is best to ask an individual about his or her life. If you do not get straight answers then you will assume or judge the person by what he or she says or does in life. That being said. I am reintroducing myself to those that already know me and introducing myself to those that do not know me. Please enjoy my reveal.
