Elisabeth Harper works at the Federal Bureau of Investigation. But recently, there have been a series of killings in her area, presumably by a criminal on the run, or maybe even something paranormal. It's her job to uncover the truth and prevent everyone and everything from being at risk.

Trisha is about to start highschool when this guy pops up and decides he must follow her around. She soon finds that he has very special powers and so does she. In fact, she is key to winning a battle between fire and ice that has been raging for years.
