CHAPTER ONE

       CHOSEN

Eleven decades have passed since my baba was killed by the Man in Mask. Where the most ravenous legion escaped from the mental hospital Cell VI and was on the run towards the outside of the Nationwide African Kingdom's deepest thickest forest. Kidnapping African females of Wahadiwa, and sell them in abominable traffic in foreign countries. Unless Noami my old friend sent me the overseas mission to abolished the oppressor's sinister act.

“Mvuela,” Answered the voice behind me that night. When I turned around and encounter Nasara. "The Queen wants you to come home to Mwambazi. “Your people are suffering in such a mass under your younger brother Chiefwelu. Although your baba chooses you to be the crowned prince, he’d be treating your subjects poorly,” Nasara said.n“I fail my baba, Nasara, that why left Wahadiwa. So why won’t you go back and tell my mama I don’t want to come and tell my mama I don’t want to come back? Besides, she’d had Chiefwelu, Ngandu, and the rest of my siblings to be successors of the throne of the Wahadiwa Kingdom, why it has to be me?” I asked. “Because the Queen knew that you are the rightful heir to the throne of Mwambazi. Still, have your baba’s yellow-golden necklace, remember? You know why?” Nasara asked. “Yeah, why? Because you are meek, compassionate, and humble to be the king of Wahadiwa. Your siblings themselves miss you especially Mukobe your little sister.” Nasara said. “Well, yes, they miss me but I won’t go back. I got my life, work, and a huge mansion. Why would I leave all of that and returned to Wahadiwa? What’re things would I get when I go back? Only the throne and—!” I paused.

Well, because my phone rang, henceforth, I excuse myself and answer it.  “Howdy, Nao, what’s seems to be the problem?” I asked.  “Well, howdy, it seems like we have a runaway criminal on your way.  And he had kidnapped children and young women from  Wahadiwa to sell in prostitution and slaves.” Noami added. “All right, I will be on my way to put him out of misery,” I replied. Switching off my phone as I look at Nasara who looked at me with misery and disappointment. “Well, sorry Nasara, I think I need to go,” I answered. Marching away while Noami sent to me the tracker on my phone where the escaped criminal was.  “Mvuela, please come with me to Wahadiwa! Please, your people will suffer under Chiefwelu’s rule. Drow-out has strike Wahadiwa and a lot of your subjects are suffering and starving.  Some of them are dying, some are stealing, and others killing themselves. Although they come for help at the palace, crowned Prince Npoyo is refusing to give them food. Queen Shilanda wishes that your father King Mvuela I didn’t you to Wahadiwa’s nationwide chieftains meeting. And that’s what is making every member of your family missing you terribly. Since then, Wahadiwa has never been the same when you left, as the muzungu have been invading Wahadiwa and kidnapped young girls and young women for selling. Please come and save us from these calamities, then after that, you shall go on about your business in America. But African Nations desired their king to save them,” Nasara cried.  “Yeah, Nasara, and why would I care about that? It was his choice of wanting me to leave because I was a worthless man. I always bring shame and disappointments on his sight and my mama knew well.

Meaning letting my baba go with me to Wahadiwa’s nationwide chieftains meeting in Chateau, but know my baba is not more, and the kingdom is in trouble. Now that’s the opportunity for them to wanted me back in Wahadiwa, and about their suffering, their starvation, or about them dying. Am I God who will save them? Am I God who will resurrect them or their loved ones from their deaths? Listen to me Nasara, I am just a simple man and not that important. Besides, I let my baba down because I was irresponsible. Why would then Mwambazi want the person who they let them down to came back to their kingdom?” I shouted. “Because they are in a time of troubles and they have now realized that you are their rightful king, Mvuela,” Nasara said. “I am so sorry, Nasara, His Royal Majesty, King Mvuela chooses me as his heir apparent to the throne of the African Nations Kingdom. But I guess I am not ready yet. The King of all kings in African Kingdoms, so why won’t you be the good Lioness or warrior and go back to Wahadiwa?” I replied. Following that I walked away unless I heard moving chariots, two men arguing and some of them were shouting at one another. Back to Mwambazi, one man was caught stealing into the palace storage room, although the Queen pleaded with her son to release him yet he refused. Because she knew that the man has been working in the place for years, and she never did such a thing and she knew that he was innocent of such accusations.  "Your Majesty, the Prince, please have mercy—have mercy upon me,” He pleaded.  “Bring his entire family before me now!” Chiefwelu snarled. “Chiefwelu? What’s the meaning of this? They are hungry, just looked at them, son? What will you do when you were in their shoes? Please let them go. Besides, whenever all the subjects come to ask for food they always go back empty ended. The scorching sun is destroying their crops and they haven’t had any rain in years. “God, I wish you baba didn’t allow Mvuela to escort him that meeting, he would know what to do to solve these situations,” Shilanda murmured. “Well, too bad that baba caused him to go away, and I wish I would see him, and I believe Nasara would succeed on bringing him back,” Chiefwelu said.

“I hope—!” Mukobe paused. Because the guards that Chiefwelu sent brought the thief man’s family.  “Kneel! On your knees before your coming king of kings!” He shouted. My princess—my princess! My queen—my queen, help us—help us beg your son to release our daughter. He can do anything with us whatever it pleased him whether to be your slaves or work on your field, but our daughter is only twelve. And she doesn’t work because she is weak on hard work. Adding on that, she hadn’t eaten for—!” He stopped. Just because a maiden of the palace brought food to her.

Mukobe with our mother left sorry for them. “My princess, here is your food. Would you like for me to put it on the table or?” She asked. “No, give it to the little girl and some plates to her parents,” Mukobe said. “Right away and here little girl.” She said. What? Mukobe!” Chiefwelu growled. “What? What now, little brother?” Mukobe snapped.  “You can’t-you can’t be serious by giving them food in my presence? I am a crowned prince you know.” Chiefwelu roared.  “No. you’re not chosen by baba as his successor to the throne of Wahadiwa, Mvuela is. You are welcome and please enjoy it, and Mama?” She called. “Yes, dear?” Queen Shilanda asked. “I wish to see our older brother, Mvuela.  I believe and know that he will be the rightful king to solve this calamity.  Although baba did truthfully in him, still, he didn’t," Mukobe answered. “So, do I. I have no doubts eighter about that, Mukobe but too bad I wasn’t able to stop your father from letting Mvuela escorted him to Wahadiwa’s African nationwide chieftains meeting.  I just wish Nasara would bring him home back to Wahadiwa,” she signed. “Well, don’t stress yourself, mama. I am sure that Nasara will bring him on, but too bad since I am next to the succession if doesn’t come back.” Chiefwelu answered.  “Yeah, sure he chooses you to be the crowned prince of Mwambazi, but you don’t have a lion yellow-golden necklace that he gave to Mvuela. And you haven’t done a thing to the people of Wahadiwa. Look at them, they are killing each other and some of them are stealing food from one another.  Some of your people for you to take care of are starving and some of them are dying. Although they come for food at the palace, you always refused to give to them." Mukobe scoffed.

Back in Wahadiwa’s thickest forest Nasara tap on my shoulder, and I turned back he was holding the royal tan color attires. “My baba royal outfits? But why-why did he give it to Chiefwelu?” I asked. “Because of you our true King, Mvuela. “Please come with me and spare my life from your mama’s wrath,” Nasara pleaded.  “O-okay, I will put on. You just wait here for a minute,” I said.  I dashed into the thick bush and came out wearing my baba’s kingship outfits.  All of a sudden, both of us heard screaming of Fideli K’s henchmen and gunshots. “What in the world? Who came before and started killing my targets?” I shouted. “My-my, if it isn’t Wema to the rescued?” Nasara said.  “What? Wema, here?” I puzzled. “Well, you miss this, my King. Let go get them before Wema finishes all of them.  You know she is the fastest and skill Mwambazi’s Warrior!" Nasara said. “All right, Commando of Wahadiwa’s air-force come one let’s go get them and spared some time to go to Wahadiwa,” I said. “Inkosi Yami-my King?" Nasara said. Following that, I unsheathed my revolvers and began shooting at one by one of Fideli K’s army. Nasara lanced her spear at the Oracle who was coming in her way unless she meets up with Wema. “Nasara?” She called.  “Yes?” Nasara asked. “Where is Inkosi, Mvuela?” She asked back.  "Um, don’t worry Wema, I am all ears!” I interrupted. Wema turns around and were surprised to see her King wearing the late Inkosi outfits. “Inkosi-Inkosi, so you have agreed to come with us to Wahadiwa?” Wema asked.  “Huh, first of all, focus on the job ahead. I will explain everything when we’re done, understood?” I answered. “Yeah, sure," I said.  After that, Nasara and Wema attacked with happiness while fighting side by side with their King.

She punching the bag out of Fidelis' henchmen and ends them without mercy. Instantly, I know who she was because she was Mica Montee, but she didn’t realize me nearby because she was focusing on killing Fidelis' goons.  “Is about time you show yourself here, Nyebo?" I interrupted. Nyebo is startled as she turns around unless she encounters me. “What? Mvuela? What in the world are you doing here? Besides, aren’t you supposed to be on your DIA mission or something? Continually, why are you wearing your baba’s royal outfits instead of your little brother Chiefwelu?” Nyebo asked. “I am on my DIA mission but the people of Wahadiwa want me to come and to take the throne as their King. I am on a mission to stop Fideli K because he is the most dangerous man who escaped the hospital mantel’s prison. I would believe I would see you again. Anyhow, what’s brings you here?” I asked. “Well, I am a Warrior.  Since my baba is still the King and the Queen, your parents often sent me on missions around the world. Witnessing the hardships experienced by many people and growing the belief that Mwambazi should actively help them." Nyebo answered. “Wow-wee, at least you’re busy instead of sitting in the palace in Mwambazi all day, ha-ha!” I scoffed. Following that, she bounced after her opponent who she was engaging without mercy, and eliminates them without holding back. As I was ending and engaging in hand-to-hand combat with Nyebo side to side without mercy. After I left Nyebo to fight
