Days after this Skripal case Britain announced it will invest 48 million pounds ($67 million) in a new chemical warfare defense center at its Porton Down military research laboratory which is just 7 miles from where this incident took place.

British scientists at Porton Down announced that they are unable to establish the origin of nerve agent A-234 (also known as "Novichok"). Gary Aitkenhead, chief executive of the Defense Science and Technology Laboratory at Porton Down in England, told Sky News: “We have not identified the precise source, but we have provided the scientific info to government who have then used a number of other sources to piece together the conclusions you have come to."

Buffoon British Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson lied and should resign because in an interview with the German publication Deutsche Welle he relayed a conversation that he had with a Porton Down scientist, claiming that “the people from Porton Down... said there’s no doubt that the nerve agent is Russian”, which is the opposite to what the Porton Down scientists have said in their official statement. Prime Minster Theresa May also said ‘there is no doubt the nerve agent was Russian’ which was also a lie.

"It's surprising how quickly an anti-Russian campaign unfolded," Putin said. The UK government made its first accusations against Moscow within hours of the poisoning, and within days it began deploying sanctions and diplomatic expulsions based on allegations that it was "highly likely" that Russia was involved. Putin said. "I would only like to add that according to international experts, about 20 countries around the world are able to produce similar nerve agents."

Iceland have diplomatically boycotted the 2018 World Cup in Russia over a lie and hundreds of Russian diplomats have been expelled from over 20 countries over a lie.

Iran succeeded in synthesizing a number of novichoks. Iran did this in full cooperation with the OPCW and immediately reported the results to the OPCW so they could be added to the chemical weapons database. This makes complete nonsense of the Theresa May’s “of a type developed by Russia” line, used to parliament and the UN Security Council. This explains why Porton Down have refused to cave in to governmental pressure to say the nerve agent was Russian. If Iran can make a novichok, so can a significant number of states. While Iran acted absolutely responsibly in cooperating with the OPCW, there are a handful of rogue states operating outside the rule of international law, like Israel, which refuses to ratify the Chemical Weapons Convention. Israel has the nerve agents. Israel has Mossad which is extremely skilled at foreign assassinations. Theresa May claimed Russian propensity to assassinate abroad as a specific reason to believe Russia did it. Well, Mossad has an even greater propensity to assassinate abroad. And while I am struggling to see a Russian motive for damaging its own international reputation so grievously, Israel has a clear motivation for damaging the Russian reputation so grievously. Russian action in Syria has undermined the Israeli position in Syria and Lebanon in a fundamental way, and Israel has every motive for damaging Russia’s international position by an attack aiming to leave the blame on Russia.”

Paul Craig Roberts is an economist, commentator and former Assistant Secretary of the U.S. Treasury and he made this statement about the Novichok incident:

“It was claimed that the victims—Mr. Skripal and his daughter—were poisoned with Novichok while at a restaurant. Yet how could this have been done? The agent in question is so powerful that a litre of it released into the atmosphere over London would kill most of its population. Breaking a vial of it open over a plate of food would kill the murderer along with everyone inside the restaurant. Anything it touched would be stained yellow, and many of those in the vicinity would have complained of a very unusual, acrid smell. Those poisoned would be instantaneously paralyzed and dead within minutes, not strolling over to a park bench where they were found. The entire town would have been evacuated, and the restaurant would have to be encased in a concrete sarcophagus by workers in space suits and destroyed with high heat. None of this has happened. In view of the above, it seems unlikely that any of what has been described in the UK media and by May’s government has actually taken place. An alternative assumption, and one we should be ready to fully test is that all of this is a work of fiction”.

Dr Chris Busby worked at the Wellcome Research laboratories in Beckenham, London as a Senior Scientist in the Department of Physical Chemistry. His job, at the basic level, was to help determine the structure and origin of pharmaceutical compounds. So, he is an expert in this area. He also carried out similar work at Queen Mary College London for his first PhD and synthesized complex organic chemicals. Why is this being done? The substance used on Sergei Skripal was an agent called BZ, according to the Swiss state Spiez lab, the Russian foreign minister said. The toxin was never produced in Russia, but was in service in the US, UK, and other NATO states.

Sergei Skripal, a former Russian double agent, and his daughter Yulia were poisoned with an incapacitating toxin known as 3-Quinuclidinyl benzilate or BZ, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said, citing the results of the examination conducted by a Swiss chemical lab that worked with the samples that London handed over to the Organization for the Prohibition of the Chemical Weapons (OPCW).

More than likely the Skripal poisoning was carried out by MI5Mossad as payback for Russia interfering in the Zionist plans for control of the Middle East and it is a way of demonizing Russia and Putin in the eyes of the people in Western Europe and America. Again we have the complicit media just parroting the official story without any research, just like the WMD in Iraq and the fairy story about 9/11 which were both lies.

The Skripal poisoning came just 4 weeks before the next false flag event which was the staged chemical weapons attack in Syria, Douma supposedly by Assad but was actually a combined CIAMI6Mossad Psy Op. to fool the masses of people in the Western nations and was an attempt to try and send in the military to overthrow Assad. The alleged poisoning of the Skripals was a propaganda charade intended to discredit Vladimir Putin in preparation for this subsequent accusation that the Russians have colluded with the Syrian government in the use of chemical weapons against Syrian rebel forces.

Nice Truck Terror

If you look at the Nice terror attack in France July 2016 and the Munich McDonalds shooting also July 2016 we can see that the same person was at the scene on both incidents at the time they happened. Richard Gutjahr was the person who took the video of the Truck that supposedly ran the people over in Nice. During the Nice attack, Gutjahr filmed the whole incident from a balcony at the Westminster Hotel, right next to the street where the French National Day celebrations were being held. Mr Gutjahr was also on the scene at the McDonalds shooting in Munich 2016 when 9 people were allegedly shot by Ali Sonboly. How is it possible that he was at the two incidents taking videos and photos unless he knew it was going to happen? Mr Gutjahr's wife Einat Wilf was a former member of Israeli intelligence Unit 8200 and Mossad and friends with the Israeli Prime Minister.

It is also suspicious that the police did not fire at the truck’s tires. The truck would not be allowed to continue for a staggering 1.5 miles if the police shot at the tires.
